  V Shred is exactly what I needed! My trainer **** is amazing! I needed the most help with meal planning and counting calories. Coach **** has done an amazing job and is always so helpful and quick at getting back to me. I've only been doing V Shred for 2 weeks but have lost 6 pounds!I'm extremely excited and happy to have found something that is custom to me as an individual and not the cookie cutter programs out there.

  ****** has been great. She listens to me and is very encouraging. Her meal plans are easy and its real ********* eating. She is helping me figure out what I can eat and how much so I can achieve my goal and not gain back when I am done. She helps me navigate the supplements and fitness plan.   I love my trainer! She is very knowledgeable, responsive and honest. She reviewed my recent bloodwork before I got started. I wanted to cut my calories early on, but she was firm about not cutting calories too soon. She also responds to all of my emails and Voxer messages, and is very motivational. I have loved all my custom meal plans and workouts so far. I highly recommend the accelerator program, even though its expensive. Ive lost 26 lbs so far with VShred.

  Hi,To all of you under the 'VSHRED' Brand..... THANK YOU !!!!I needed to be Accountable and Guided.I needed an Eating plan and Exercise Schedule and you guys had it all !!!Under the Guidance and Incentivation of my Coach, I was lucky enough to be paired with ****,I dropped an amazing 14kg !!!!!I've learned how to enjoy life and still be Focussed.   Burn-PM has given me a new life: Normal Sleep!!!This is my own amazing personal experience with V-Shred Supplements - yours may be different... I have suffered a lifelong Sleep Circadian Rhythm Sleep Disorder that has worsened as I get older. I have seen Sleep Specialists (MD's) and had sleep studies. Full Disclosure, I am a Retired RN--this is in no way Medical or Nursing advise. NOTHING worked to correct my bizaar condition. My Sleep cycles were so unpredictable that I could no longer make any plans before 1pm and even that was iffy. I would experience random episodes of either Sleeping or Wakefulness that would vary from 2 hours - 20 hours! I took a chance after seeing an infomercial (which I usually avoid like the plague) about SculptNation V-Shred Supplements and started using Burn-PM. The very next day I woke up spontaneously at ****! I usually could not even sleep until ****. I NO LONGER experience the crazy and life interrupting unpredictable sleep cycle disfunction.   ***************************, from what Ive seen is an exceptional trainer/coach/ motivator. I talk and text with him several times a day; I always get a timely response. In addition, I send meal pics and workout videos. Even when I was unable to get to the gym one evening, ***** sent over a modified workout I could do at home with the limited gear I have. Great guy and trainer, very personable, cant talk highly enough about him.**** plans are some good some bad, but if you follow the subs list provided, you can find and develop a meal using their meal plan as a guide or go-by. Im almost 51 years old and about 3 weeks done with the 90 day accelerator + program, and I cant express how much I have been enjoying it. Im following the exercise and meal plans as prescribed( with the subs list) and enjoying the results, which I can see. Great program! I love the supplements. I am currently taking:Greens, Test Boost, HGH Boost, Black Turmeric, A/C Gummies, BCAAs, Burn Evolve and post workout.

  I have been on the Vshred accelerator program for going on 5 weeks and when I started I weighed 240 and now I'm down to 225. *************************** my Trainer and Coach has done a great job with everything. He's a professional and everyone I have dealt with so far has been very helpful and professional as well. I recommend Vshred, Sculpt nations to anyone who is ready to get it done by losing some serious weight and gaining some serious muscle as well.
