I was truly excited to participate, but I had to go into my Doctor this morning and told her how excited I was and she watched a video and thought it was great. I showed her the items I had purchased and she stated because of medications I take I couldnt take the ones I had ordered. I was heartbroken. I contacted them via email this morning and they immediately gave me credit on my credit card. It was disheartening to read on reviews that they were a scam and would not respond to emails if you wanted a question answered or a refund. I hope people take that with a grain of salt because they have been nothing but respectful to me and responded within maybe 15 minutes or less. Maybe the people were unkind when they corresponded with them. I hope everyone that needs to get weight off permanently will use them. If I am ever off my medications I will enroll again. Please give them a try!

V shred is an awesome way to reach your weight loss goal. The personal trainers are very knowledgeable & see you through your journey. In 3 weeks I lost 10 lbs. the food plans are very tasty.V Shred, LLC

I love the VShred program. My trainer, ******************, is great. She works with me on my customized meal plan to make it sustainable for me. She is quick to answer questions and give me modifications when I need them. She is also great at teaching, which I appreciate, when I ask a question instead of just giving the most basic answer. Everyone I have spoken with has been great. They are all encouraging and willing to help if you need it. I love the new VShred+ app. A ton of great workouts, some challenges for the Holiday season and great receipes. TBH, I was a little ***** about trying VShred because there is A LOT of negative stuff out there about it, but my experience has been amazing. All the trainers I have spoken with really want you to suceed in sustainable lifestyle changes and are accommodating and willing to work it out with whatever works best for the individual person. It's not a one size fits all and I love that about it.V Shred, LLC

I love the meal plans that are created for me by ********, my coach! I also enjoy the online communication, and seeing how people are doing with their own plans. I can receive and give inspiration to others, too. VShred has been helpful in my weight loss program. Not only have I lost weight, but also my blood glucose levels have returned to normal! I like how the meals are designed for what I like to eat, and that they are created with my being a vegetarian. I enjoy the supplements such as Burn Evolve, Burn PM, Probiotics, Enzymes, etc. I get excellent sleep with **** PM! I know this because my Fitbit sleep stats are in the ***** percentile daily! I highly recommend the VShred program to anyone who wants to be healthy and strong!V Shred, LLC

My 1st month was amazing with coach ******, lost 5 inches from my waist. She was very active & engaged in my progress. My coach suddenly changed mth 2 & still saw losses but not as much - he was engaged at 1st & quick to respond to my inquiries however its October 23rd, the end of my mth 3 & I never received my October diet plan I paid for. Although *** asked for this diet plan twice from my coach. So Ive been using my month 1 & month 2 - starting month 4 in a week so hoping Ill get 2 plans Not happy about this as Ive paid for 4 months diet plans & have only reviewed 2.V Shred, LLC

I have received FLE as a gift from my daughter in 2019 and I liked it a lot.A year ago I bought Toned in 90 as a next step.The FB group is a great forum and the Masterclasses are really useful.The only thing I dislike is the heavy advertising of supplements ?? ??I am 57 and lost 14kg in 1 year without any supplements or even protein powder. Everyone can do it.Mindset and consistency is the key to success ????????My fantastic coach ***************************** was the best investment in my journey towards a new me!! ??????????V Shred, LLC

My Vshred trainer is very supportive and is very understanding to my needs and has meet all of them so far, and always makes sure to check in at the end of the week. I've only begun my weight loss journey through Vshred but it has been the best experience so far!V Shred, LLC

VShred has literally been a life changer for me. I've tried multiple diets, workout plans, subscriptions, as well as supplements and so on... this was the ONLY thing that made a difference for me. I am not only down over 30 lbs and in the best shape of my life (even better than when serving in the ***** but I have a trainer that has helped me heal my gut. I am for the first time in my life not experiencing stomach pain and bloating. I started to lose weight and have a better physique - I had no idea it would change my life as well as my family's. My coach met me where I was with no judgement or expectations other than sticking to a totally doable plan...that even let me eat ice cream! And now I am off what I believed to be lifetime medications and am going to be around for a long time for my little ones. Best decision I've made for myself in a long time, if not ever. Im very Pleased, Grateful and Appreciate my coach. She is knowledgeable, kind and easy to work with. Quick with response even when I say no hurry. Even when I flake a bit she reminds me its the beginning and thats ok just keep retrying and to not give up. I also appreciate the knowledge of videos they have to share. They have medical recourses they use and you can look up. The recipes are simple and common yet delicious. Im down 15lbs in one week and Ive missed a couple workoutsV Shred, LLC
