My Coach contacted me immediately after providing my info with a big enthusiastic welcome and lots of information! also a great week long meal plan. Not gonna lie, that plan is/was a little challenging! I was raised on southern/country farm and a grocers family diet. Lots of canned and preserved (Frozen) food. I studied that meal plan and broke it down to very simple steps with minimal seasoning and cooking. I have learned how to buy fresh food from the farmers markets and prep for my weekly meals. My Coach provided several meal plans and asked for my comments and questions. I am grateful that he checked weekly and did not push me for more contact. Between the videos by *****, the app in my phone, and Coach's meal plans. I am losing weight steadily week by week.I started on this journey in May and lost 20 pounds on my own without changing my diet through August. 5 pounds a month. After I was contacted by Coach and started working with the meal plan, I have lost 39 pounds over ten weeks!! I cannot begin to tell you how much my quality of life, mobility, health, and Zeal has improved!!!! I amusing a Fitbit to track everything that I am eating and the amount of calories that I ingest. I am averaging **** to **** calories a day and I feel stuffed almost the whole time. I love this program, the education in nutrition, the results!!! THANK YOUV Shred, LLC

I just finished the Vshred elite program with Coach ********************* and he was such an excellent support and helped me finally get that scale to move. After 2 years of trying and failing, it only took 3 months of working with **** to drop 13 lbs and 3 inches off my waist and 3.5 inches off my love handles. So grateful to this program and now have the tools I need to chug along and lose the 29 lbs I have left to reach my ideal goal weight. Thanks so much for all your help! Its a great program if you want to lose weight and get in shape. ******* is a good coach. Ive lowered my blood sugar about 20 points. Im hoping to get it low enough to get off the diabetes pills Im on. Its pricey but well worth the price for your health.V Shred, LLC

I feel really supported, I mean like, i'm not alone in this? She's checking in everyday(thats what i said i needed)I cant do many of the exercises due to brain trauma(just not understanding how to). She gives me other things to do instead. Even with the meal plan I dont feel restricted at all. She did add in it the things i said i would crack if not eating them for long(in small quantity). So I dont get discouraged at all, im racked from the exercises, but even if i hate exercising, im really willing, happy, to every day. I mean, thats huge XD So i'm 100% happy to have paid for a coach. It helps a tonV Shred, LLC
