      I lost 50lbs after starting the vshred program. Due to physical limitations I was unable to do most of the exercises. I did what I could, followed the diet and BOOM.. the weight fell off!!!

      I feel like I've got a real work out completing the basic membership as I've climbed the sales ladder, the V Shred team tried to upsale me at least 6 times beyond my initial purchase. This is the one flaw within this business structure everything is a sales ladder and closing sales. Stop being so salesy with everything you offer - literally everything. I am excited to see if the content and plan itself works actually works. You'll be fine if you order the basic intro packet.

      Whatever your doubts, you can be assured of great customer service & support. Very responsive and helpful. Some of the sales pitch gets to be a bit lengthy, but overall I'm very satisfied with programs and products.

      Vshred is a scam. They only try to upsell you on programs and supplements. I made several request to cancel my program and get a full refund but never heard anything. Now all of a sudden I get a response in a few minutes stating they cannot refund my money because it is pass the 30-days. Careful if you give your credit card to these guys as there is no telling what they will bill you for. And there is no hope of cancelling the program and getting your money back. If you sign up, do so at your own risk. You will regret it.

      I was really hoping this would work for me, I have tried a lot of things. It did not. When I tried to get my money back, based on their 100% guarantee, I could not. They gave me the run around about trying to specialize the program for me until my subscription ran out. Thus their 100% is a scam. I'm sure it probably works for others where they do try to specialize it. I also somehow got put on a reorder for a supplement I wanted to try. I originally ordered it through Amazon, it is not set up for reorder there. I have found no way to cancel it. The phone number they use on my credit card statement is not theirs. I could find nothing on their website. Highly disappointed in them.

      As other reviews have said because of up selling I got frustrated with these people so a day after l sent them approximately $350 US dollars I asked for my money back I did not use any of their products or services but they told me that my personal plan had already been made so they could not refund my money what a scam very slimy operation don’t go near them
