Suspect scam! Placed order for an diet/exercise program. What I received was nothing but additional advertising on the various supplements they sell. When I responded to their "do not sell my information " link it came back as invalid link. I tried to call numerous times (not in prime time) and a recording says due to high call volume etc. I have requested a refund after a brief review of what they provide, and received a form email saying they would review it. That is absolutely not as indicated in the "infomercial ". It clearly indicates a 30 day money back refund. Very disappointed, I suspect if it is too good to be true, it is!

Nathan is absolutely a rock star! He's been in constant communication with me and is very easy to work with. I have had alot of very significant challenges recently with family emergencies, people dying, etc., but am doing my best to hang in there - haven't been doing the program to a "T" but am following as best as I can. I am seeing some preliminary results, as I have dropped about 6 pounds so far. Nathan has been super encouraging every step of the way and I am thankful to be working with someone like him!V Shred, LLC

Down 9lbs in first month! Trainers are very accessible and responsive. I have meal plan and 90-day workout custom plan. If you're on the edge, I'd recommend giving it a try! There is a highly supportive community that helps stay motivated and so many success stories! My main goal was to lose weight. I've followed the diet plan pretty well and do not ever feel hungry. Plus, I don't feel like I need a nap after all my meals anymore!V Shred, LLC

This company would not honor the cancelation policy and has not refunded any of my money. I canceled within 3 weeks. It also was not what they advertised. Do not trust this company!!V Shred, LLC

Terrible company, I have been trying to get in contact with someone for weeks. I want to cancel a subscription but can't seem to get a response from the emails I've sent. No phone number anywhere. This is my last resort. I don't want to keep paying monthly for something I don't want.V Shred, LLC

It has everything - nutrition, exercise, a large range of programs, a supportive community, helpful trainers, regular masterclasses and info videos, quick response from trainers and is so easy to follow! this is my second time joining and this time around I couldn't fault!V Shred, LLC

We are so sorry for any confusion this has caused however, the return information we originally sent you was for FedEx and when returning your products, you informed us you have used USPS which we are unable to look up in our system since we use FedEx.
