I have been with VShred for 7 months. I am in it for the long haul as I started with a goal of losing 80lbs. I could not be happier with the service and assistance I have received from Coach Madeline. I have dietary issues and she has been able to tailor my custom meal plans around my needs. She is always willing to change things if need be and when I was in my crazy busy season at work, she made the meals simple so that I could prep in advance and still stick to it. The meals are terrific so even my husband eats what I have and I am not making separate meals for myself. This is a bonus!
The training/workout plans are easy to follow, and Coach Madeline constructed the plan around the equipment that I already have so it was not costly to start.
I am 50 pounds down with 30 to go. (Gained 8 back during a rough couple of busy months but lost those again quickly) Coach Madeline is very encouraging and helps keep me on track.
I hate sending in the monthly photos, but she just sent me the photos from May and November and what a difference! As embarrassing as they are to do, when you really don't want anyone to see you. The pride you feel when you see the difference is amazing! And it is super motivating to keep going!
I have to say I have tried a lot of diet plans in the past to no avail. This is a lifestyle not a diet.
Highly recommend the VShred program and Coach Madeline!

Morgann ******* is my trainer and she is AMAZING!! She reached out immediately and got me super psyched to start the program and diet!! She listened to my current situation of health problems and went entirely above and beyond what I expected (from decades of experience with other trainers/nutritionists) when it came to my meal plan… she HEARD me! She is a national treasure, simply put. :) I can’t emphasize how helpful she has been regarding encouragement and suggestions that are feasible to incorporate into my crazy life/schedule. My coach is Tito Alvarez. To be honest I was a bit skeptical about paying for a diet plan. I’ve struggled for years with my weight and I’ve had at least three “experts” do diet plans for me. They usually consisted of some variety of “eating a lot of grilled chicken, steamed broccoli, and brown rice”. As a person who is an amateur home chef and has eaten at some of the finest restaurants in the world and loves good food that kind of plan dooms me. Tito gave me a menu based on my tastes that had variety, good flavors, and a LOT of food. It was honestly the best food plan anyone has ever done for me. After emailing concerns about needing to do more meals in advance he adjusted and sent me new meal plans not once, but twice!! He adjusted them to my needs. He’s been amazing. My diet meal coach was Tina D and she was very supportive and always gave me positive comments at weekly check in. I really liked my custom meals she made. I have never felt like that I’m on a diet because I’m eating good amount of food all the time and it’s fulfilling. The workout program was good amount and easy to follow. Vshred is a very easy, quick, and good trainer and meal plan package. The trainers are very nice and always give you encouragement even when you feel it might not be working. My trainer has responded quickly to the point where I almost get it as soon as I send it. Vshred and their trainers are very good at helping you with you food allergies or your own food preference. The vshred home app is also very easy to move around on and has multiple workout and recipe plans that can help you even if you don't get a trainer or a meal plan. My trainer has helped me so much and answered so many of my questions to the point I think I can do it on my own with just the vshred app. If you're someone like me where it helps to have someone on the side helping you throw it vshred is am amazing program;alone or with a trainer.V Shred, LLC
