My coach has been amazing in her prompt responses to my emails and with revising my meal plan to accommodate my food allergies and food dislikes. I appreciate her enthusiasm and encouragement through this process. I also love the little tips and factoids that she sends at the beginning of each of her emails.

Just started with the program, but so far, my trainer, Cortney has been great! She is motivating and upbeat, even when I am being difficult with the food choices. I have struggled for a long time with my weight so I am hoping this time will be different.V Shred, LLC

If you’ve been stuck trying to lose weight and want expert advice, you’re in great hands with Vshred! Their team is represented by knowledgeable, accredited Trainers and Coaches (specifically Seth Scrimo) who address your specific needs and help educate you to understand how your specific body type/metabolism works and stand by your side along your journey to a healthier you. Plus! There is a fantastic community of like minded people supporting each other along the way. Highly recommend Coach Seth Scrimo! He is fantastic at putting together individual meal plans and recommending the type of exercises that will get you on track and help you maintain a new balanced lifestyle. Coach Seth is very responsive to requests for any changes based on your personal preferences. He gets to know you, your habits and holds you accountable. (Which we all need). No gimmicks!! My coach has been helpful in keeping me focused on my goal of losing 10+ pounds and getting into shape. He has sent me emails with valuable information about the program and I believe the meal plan he customized for me has been a major part of my success.
I started V Shred in early December, a month with a lot of social gatherings and a month I usually gain 5 or 6 pounds. This year, I followed the meal plan (80% of the time) and watched my social gathering intake of food and beverage. At the end of December, I was down almost 10 pounds. The workouts are a challenge but no pain no gain. I would have given V Shred a 5th star if it wasn't for all the emails up selling supplements.
For 2023, I am focused on the workout plan and will continue with the meal plan as a guide. What I have learned is that feeding my body the portion size defined in the meal plan on a regular basis, yields two results, I am not hungry and I loose weight.

Vshred is very easy to apply to your life. I have lost 23lbs and still losing. My Trainer Mario is AWESOME! He generates my menus each month, in which we work together to make the best menu for my taste. I check in with him weekly and if I have any concerns I just reach out and he is there. This plan is a Lifestyle and you can do it! Works outs are as difficult as you make them, but if you work out hard you will get the results you are looking for. I am 55 and work out 3 to 4 times a week, it doesn't have to be every day! I LOVE THIS and IT has changed my life.V Shred, LLC

Once you take the body type quiz you will be subjected to a rant where the guy says the same thing a million different ways. Never have i felt despair listening to someone speak but after listening to that soul sucking speech that felt like it went on forever during which time he repeated the same couple of sentences 10 different ways. No legitimate business needs to resort to dark patterns on their website to sell a workout program. Just get to the point and stop wasting people's time and money.V Shred, LLC

I started VShred Fat-Loss Extreme program in August 2022 and lost 25 lbs in 3 months. I have continued on the program because I love the results I'm still having. I was skeptical that I could stay on the program, but I was surprised how easy it's been to stay with it.
The main key for my success was the custom diet plan and the diet coach. The meal plans include ONLY food I am willing to eat, and if there's something on the plan I don't like, or that didn't work with my schedule, I just asked my coach, and he changed the plan to suit my tastes. With the custom plan, I don't have to count calories, figure out macros, or even decide what to eat. I just follow what's on my diet plan. Figuring out the right amount of the right calories is not easy to do on your own. I highly recommend a diet coach.
The second key to my success is the exercise program that was not too tough for an overweight person and the 20 minute sessions 4 times a week fit into my schedule really well. The exercises in the Fat-Loss Extreme program keep me from being bored, so they are easy to stay with as well.

Working with Jill as my Coach was amazing!! She was very responsive when I had questions and/or needed a change to either the workout plan or meal plan. The loved the videos provided for the workout to ensure I would perform the exercise correctly. The meal plans created for me were easy to follow and make especially with my very busy schedule. The programs is truly personalized to each individual. I enjoyed working with Jillian and would recommend the program to others. I would have loved to continued working with V Shred so I could have met my goal however, the renewal fee was just to expensive for me. Thank you to Jillian for all of her help and for getting me started on my Journey. I lost a few pounds and a few inches and started gaining muscle which was part of my goal, all thanks to Coach Jillian.V Shred, LLC
