I was ready for a change and Vshred showed up in the middle of one of my sleepless nights and it turned out that it was just what I needed!! I found myself in a new position at work allowing me to finally take care of myself instead of just surviving. I have lived with chronic pain for the last 10 years and the workouts are just right!! I can actually walk and sometimes run circles around my kids now!! The customized meal plans are fantastic, easy, and delicious. I LOVE getting to share with my trainer Vinny ALL of my victories!! No matter how big or small the victories are they are all celebrated!! The staff have all been awesome to visit with, and the support from everyone is so genuine, positive, and just absolutely outstanding!!! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!!!

Adam has stayed in touch with me. He responds quickly, and answers my questions. I have been a slow start, but am happy with my progress. I had a pulled groin when I started so have had to baby that along. My right knee is somewhat better. I cannot do the videos yet. Though I did start the week of the various trainer's workout. Was able to do 3, and especially like the stretch video. I do a seated video, and stretch video. Not getting hurt. while strengthening my lost core, is my goal every week. I feel much better. I am doing more walking. I am encouraged by my inches and weight loss so far. It is hard to eat so much food, time consuming...but I'm never hungry, so there's that. 70 yrs. old is a hard place in life to start this...lolV Shred, LLC

I've only attended the program for three weeks, and haven't seen any change yet, but I've had a good ecperience so far. My trainer, Robert, responds quickly and with good answers. The meal plan is easy to follow. I'm not a fan of counting calories and macroes, but as long as I have a meal plan, I don't need to. Also, the workouts are fun and easy to fit into the week!V Shred, LLC

I no sooner got the orders placed then I could not get on the App without paying again.
I immediately contacted VSHRED by email and called them- NO RETURN of phone call or an email back! Close to $200.00 and it needs to be put back immediately/ & I will contact to sue them within 10 business days if I don't receive the amount in full!V Shred, LLC

I began like everyone else, hoping this program would work. And maybe for some, it has, but I've called during the suggested hours and emailed repeatedly, and never get a response.
If you're trying to get any kind of customer service from this company, you're out of luck. They have really crafted a company that's good at avoiding their customers once they get their money. I won't call it a scam, but it's really starting to feel like one. Im apparently signed up for a recurring subscription that I don't want and there doesn't seem to be a way out of it. The only options for "how do I unsubscribe from VSU" is to reach out to their support email, and when I do that, I get no response.
I just want my money back for the most recent "purchase" for Burn and ideally, I'd like a refund for my purchase of FLE bc I have proof of requesting this refund 3 days after purchase.
Please, avoid this company and just reach out to a personal trainer that you can contact or a gym or literally anything else. Your money is better spent elsewhere, I promise you.V Shred, LLC

My coach, Rachael, has been great! She carefully created my meal plan to exactly what I like and my dietary needs. She has modified it when needed as well. She quickly answers my questions and it means so much to be able to ask her my specific questions anytime I need to. This program has been amazing and I'd recommend it to anyone who needs help figuring out what they should be eating and/or struggling with a plateau like I was. I also love that my plan will be modified to meet my needs as my body continues to change. Rachael also helps keep me motivated and sends me great info on goals and progress. My trainer, Shawna was fantastic! She was the key factor in helping me achieve my goals to be fit and feel great about myself again! She took her time to talk to me and answer back quickly every time I messaged her about anything. She taught me how to eat all the foods I love in the right balance, and I have been able to maintain great results even after finishing the program. Shawna was so kind and dedicated to helping me.
