I just started my 9th month. I was transferred to my current coach Maria at Month 5 because my coach for the first 4 months of my journey was promoted. I was scared, my first coach worked with me as part of the accelerated program and brought me very far. We had a great relation, and I was worried to change coaches in the middle of my journey. However, I couldn't be happier with Maria! She was so kind and a great listener from day one. She brought me to my first and second goals! She is always super responsive and gives great advice. She gives me delicious and easy meal plans and work outs that fit my needs every month. We've also built a great relationship and my one and only concern is how will I ever transition to doing this on my own? Maria makes it so easy to be successful, I may never let her go.

So far I have really enjoyed the personal interaction with my coach. I have had nothing but obstacles and tribulations out the gate and he has been there ready for whatever my life throws at him. Whether it has been busting my head requiring stitches and strict doctors orders, or the fact that it is the holidays and this has presented a struggle from the word go. I am only in my first month and have signed up for 3 more, with excitement to get at it once holidays and family gatherings are out of my way for a while. I would also note that he is very good at prompt responses. This alone speaks volume, as you feel like a person and not just a number or a paycheck. I would highly recommend anyone giving V Shred a fair opportunity, however, they can only be your guidance and support system, you have to be ready within yourself to take this journey and make this change.V Shred, LLC

I called to return a six month supply of V-Shred & 6 months of PM Burn after 3 weeks. It was advertised as 100% refundable if not happy. There was no return label in original package, No return address on invoice. The automated machine said Lines are extremely busy to send an email, which I did. After waiting a few weeks I mailed everything back via USPS with tracking to the only address on the outside of the box. I have verification it was received. I called my cc company to open a dispute. It took a few weeks for V-Shred to respond to my cc company. I then get an email saying they have not received the products & cannot refund until I send it to a different address, not the one listed on the outside of the box. I took pictures of my invoice, tracking number, delivery verification. This is not a reputable Business. They have no intention of giving refunds. I do not recommend doing business with this company.V Shred, LLC

The coaches are very well informed and do such a great job planning everything for you. They check in with you every week and are actually live people. You cannot possibly get this kind of help anywhere else for this price.V Shred, LLC

My trainer is Andrea Teter and she has been great! Answers when I have questions and always makes me feel better when I am down on myself. She has given me great meal plans and always changes something if I don’t like it. And she gives me workout plans that are challenging and work on the areas I need to work on most. She has helped me to lose weight when I wasn’t able to. I have been with her for almost 3 months and it takes all the guess work out of it. I love that I don’t have to think about what to eat or what exercises to do. I’m really excited to see what the future holds.V Shred, LLC

My trainer is amazing!! She is always quick to get back to me and answer all my questions. She provides me with a fantastic meal plan and offers to change things if necessary. My plan as been great and changes were not needed! She has been an incredible support and has given me the encouragement to reach my goal!V Shred, LLC

Vshred has been the best decision I've ever made. I've followed all sorts of programs and workouts in past and never saw the results I've seen with vshred. My coach is awesome and has been very helpful along this journey. Gotta give props to the coaches.V Shred, LLC
