  Very pleased with my results since starting VShred on Sept 1, 2022. I lost 23 pounds in four months (even over Thanksgiving, Christmas and a vacation in Portugal) and my health had improved dramatically. I am still on my journey, but feel confident and relieved to have found a lifestyle program that works for me. I continue to get results even while enjoying many of my favorite foods. My coach Kayla has been a great support and I remain grateful to Vince and V Shred for this life changing program. I have not bought any supplements. Just follow the meal plan and workouts.

  It’s been about two weeks since are started. My trainer/coach Tyler is very responsive and has had good advice for me. Still trying to get in the habit of the meal plan. Work outs are going well

  I was skeptical to try this weight loss program. I thought VSHRED would be like every other weight loss program that I’ve tried or seen others try but it’s not. In my opinion, VSHRED has exceeded my expectations. I’m not gonna lie, the beginning was a little rocky because initially I purchased the custom diet and fat loss extreme for her but then after my first zoom call I ended up purchasing the elite program which is way out of my budget. Don’t get me wrong, the elite program was exactly what I wanted - a custom coach, custom workout plan, and a custom meal plan. However, I wasn’t expecting it to cost that much. But I gotta give it to VSHRED’s customer support. I didn’t even have to contact them about a refund for my initial purchase. In fact they emailed me saying they already refunded me for the custom diet and fat loss extreme for her since I purchased the elite program.
  
  The custom workout and meal plans are very thorough and organized. A lot of the workouts I had no clue how to do them but each workout is connected to a link where you could watch a tutorial without listening to all the talk and commercial ads. It’s just straight to the point. I love the fact that the meal plans are catered to foods that I enjoy eating (pasta, tacos, cookie, etc). It even comes with a grocery list and recipe/instructions on how to make them. This was exactly what I needed because I had no idea where to even start eating healthy. I never cooked with olive oil nor did I ever use avocado mayo or unsweetened almond milk. Last but not least, my coach Ashley. She has been nothing but the BEST!! She’s so encouraging, has great communication skills, and have been giving me good recommendations/substitutions. I would’ve never expected anyone to go above and beyond to help me on my weight loss journey. So even though the program might’ve been out of my budget, VSHRED made every penny worth it.

  I've been on VShred for just over a year and have lost 82 lb. The carb cycling concept works. I'm on a diet only plan with a coach, who counsels me and helps keep me on track. I do a full-body weight training circuit 1x/week and walk 4 - 5 miles/day with elevation gains.

  I recently got an add on YouTube and watched a thirty minute video of Vince Sant explaining how to quickly get fit in 90 days. I ended up following through with the link to try and purchase the ripped in 90 days package and on the page it wouldn’t let me pay without seeing 10 other supplements or programs they were offering. At first I thought there was no reject button for the offers then I ended up pressing add to cart thinking I would just take the burn supplement off at checkout. When I painstakingly got to the end of the checkout process I learned there was no final complete order button for me to click and they had already taken my money the minute I had put my card in and pressed the add to cart button. I requested a refund and received an email saying they received my email but have yet to hear back from them. Do not use this it’s a scam.

  I absolutely love my coach Cortney, she’s the best. If I have any questions she is quick to respond. The custom meal plans have been great, I actually love them all. I started this program in May 2022 and have lost 37lbs so far. I have around 20lbs to go to meet my goal, this has been the best program I’ve ever been on by far. I was pre-diabetic and also a two time cancer survivor so being healthy is a huge factor in life. I’ve had so many compliments from people, makes a person feel good. This will definitely be a part of my life for a long time.
