I have went through many weight loss programs throughout my life and after a short while I just couldn’t figure out what’s what and gave up. I decided to give this a try before giving up. This V Shred program has definitely exceeded my expectations. I don’t usually do Fb and am glad that I did as there is so much information, love and uplifting remarks to draw from. I purchased the program that had what I was looking for, set meals, detailed recipes, grocery list, workout videos for each day and last but not least is the outstanding personal trainer/ coach Alyssa. She has been wonderful, on point and inspirational.
She has put together healthy and delicious meals that I would never have come up with and the meals are convenient to prepare and cook.

Vshred does what is supposed to do. It gives you the workout program along with a nutrition plan, all you have to do is follow it to the "T". My trainer Konstantinos is excellent, he followed up with me regularly and kept me motivated. He was more than willing to tweak anything to keep me on track so I wouldn't get bored.V Shred, LLC

I really appreciate a diet system that recognizes us with advanced years. My coach Kay has been very patient and encouraging with my food intolerance of dairy and eggs and has come up with helpful suggestions. I am so glad I am able to follow the workout routines, mostly, since it has been 4 years since I have followed any routines. Again Kay has been very responsive and positive and I appreciate her help.V Shred, LLC

SCAM ALERT!! This is a manipulative scheme that, while the website will tell you "WAIT your order is not complete until you watch this video" it already charged your credit card. After spending 45 minutes on videos and being told to "WAIT..." one more time I just closed the website only to find my card was charged multiple times. My intention was to add things, and then delete some from the cart when I got th check out. I just never got to the cart but I was charged for everything.V Shred, LLC

I've been on Vshred for three weeks and I've lost 12 pounds. I purchased the custom meal plan that gives me a cess to a trainer to coordinate with and I do the at home work out videos. I have loved the meals on the plan and my trainer has been great at encouraging and and responding to my questions and concerns.V Shred, LLC

I was mesmerized by the fast talk and false claims just like everyone else out there. I made the mistake of putting in my CC info and was going to purchase it but then after the second attempt to upsell me with more ** products I decided to check BBB. After reading all the horrifying reviews I closed the vshred window and stopped the process... or so I thought. 1 day later I saw that they charged my card anyway and now I have no way of getting my money back because they don't answer phones or emails. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM! LIARS AND THIEVES!!!V Shred, LLC

My Trainer Felicia G was very helpful. I learned alot. She worked hard to make a meal plan and be very spportive throughout my journey. It is a great program. Although I wish it could have been longer than 3 months. I would reccomend giving it a try. P.S. Thanks for Everythng.V Shred, LLC
