  I have been working with my coach Ryan D for two weeks now. He is super responsive to any questions I have (diet, training, lifestyle choices), encouraging and supportive of staying to the plan and re-aligning to the plan (since everyone deviates from the plan due to life from time-to-time). I would highly recommend him to work with Ryan D and the Shred "Ripped in 90 Days" and "Custom Diet Plan" program. I am getting a greater value than I expected from the program.

  My trainer Josie is fantastic! She is very responsive to emails, even being in different countries, and makes sure to answer all my questions, with obvious knowledge and know-how. She customised my diet including food I liked and not including food I don’t like, but sticking to calculated calorie intake and carb amounts. And also my exercises, kept to my ability and availability (at home exercises). I would recommend this program.

  My coach, Marcus, is amazing. He has provided a custom, detailed, easy to follow meal plan. He reaches out multiple times a week for accountability and support and answers my questions quickly. Nearly 8 weeks in I’m very happy.

  Two month in and everything has been easy to follow and I get questions answered quickly. The weekly check ins help keep me on task and identify areas of improvement. The meals are easy to prep and everything has tasted great.

  Working with my personal coach has been a great experience! The personalized meal plans are so worth it, I don't knownwhere to begin. First I no longer have to struggle with "what am I going to cook today!". Second, if I'm not really liking a meal, a quick email to my coach and she adjusts my plan. And best of all the weight is dropping off without feeling hungry or unsatisfied! Thanks Hope, your a great partner to have!

  Ellen has been wonderful in the short time I have been working with her. I am utilizing the meal plan she generates for me and following along with the workouts on the website or doing workouts on my own. Although I am not losing weight as quickly as I would like to, Ellen has been very patient and more than willing to take the time to explain the physiological reasons for the rate of progress for me due to age, gender, amount to lose, etc. (Besides, I didn't put the weight on in one day, I can't expect it to come off in one day either)! Ellen is very approachable, via email, and is there to encourage me at every step along the way. She has been very patient with the myriad of questions I have asked and the comments I have made. I felt coming into this program that I needed the most help with nutrition. I find my meal plan to be enjoyable, easy to follow, and not time consuming to fix. I very much appreciate the grocery list that accompanies the meal plan because it helps minimize time in the grocery store as well as meal prepping for the week. I was surprised to find that the week 1 of meals is to be used for the entire month (pending any coach/client tweaks) before introducing other meals. However, knowing this during week 1, when I meal prepped for week two I also meal prepped for the rest of the month and froze the remaining meats, soup, stew, etc. in individual serving bags to further maximize efficiency in the kitchen going forward. The meal plan itself has kept me full, energetic, and curbed most of my cravings. If you are considering this program, I do feel like you need to look at this as a lifestyle change more than just looking at it as a diet plan. If this is your mindset, I would highly recommend vshred and wish you the very best in your successful journey.

  I’ve been with V-Shred for four months. My trainer Jordan has been a good support. I have struggled to get all of meal plans in, but despite that have have kept at it and I’ve lost 21 lbs, two belt notches and have more energy. I definitely recommend the program.
