  I am only about 4 weeks along in my journey with Vshred, but already I an thrilled with not just losing weight, but really having a concrete plan to continue living my life to the full. I was assigned an amazing coach, Sean S., who has been by my side (figuratively) during this journey. The meal plan he designed for me keeps me feeling satisfied and the pounds are slowly melting off, something I thought would be so hard in my later years. He always responds to my questions and concerns and offers advice that is tailored to my personal situation. The workouts are short but also intense to be effective. Anyone can spare 20 minutes in a day!
  For me, the Vshred approach to diet and exercise has been the most effective I have experienced in my life and I look forward to continuing the journey with them.

  I started the process of watching the video then moving to the ordering page but it's confusing cuase when clicking next it takes you to another video about their burn supplements and then I hit no thank you and it takes you to another video. But then my phone died and I never got to the page about seeing the final purchasing page. And I still got charged with out reviewing and confirming. I had changed my mind and decided that after a little research I was no longer interested in this purchase and I don't even have any emails to be able to figure out how to request a refund. I would like a refund! Thx

  I've lost over 50lbs with Vshred. For the first 3 months I did the 20minute workouts and stuck to the diet 100%. It really is all about what you put in your body. I have learned so much about food and balance and fitting it in to your lifestyle. My coaches have always been very responsive and good at their jobs. I would highly recommend.

  Colton is fantastic. His meal plan is the first one that hasn't left me feeling hungry all day and craving other foods. This is the first meal plan I've stuck to religiously in the last 10 years. He's very easy going and very responsive. He answers every question and cheers you on constantly at your weekly check in. So glad I chose to invest in Vshred to be able to meet him!

  I can´t tell you how happy I am to have discovered Vshred. I saw him first on facebook and what he said confirmed my long time belief that there´s a reason why why look the way we do and it´s not just because you eat to much! I had been looking for a long time for ways and means of understanding why some people seem to be able to eat the world and never gain a pound whereas I could not look at food without gaining 5 pounds and how unjust that was. I had been following him for some time before I decided to take the plunge and join. I got a wonderful trainer, miss P. and with her help creating for me a custom diet and workout plan, I have now reached my goal in little over 7 months. It has not been an easy journey at times but I really wanted to be thinner for once in my adult life and I´m turning 50. I didn´t and don´t want to end up the same as some of my family, where there are many endomorphs, and finally not being able to travel as I want to do or even go about my daily business. Vshred and miss P. deserve all the credit in the world and I cannot thank them enough for coming into my life in a time where I really needed confirmation of my long time belief. And it´s a lifetime decision, to change the way you eat and exercise to get your health back. For me it goes on and will do for the remainder of my time and I´ll be keeping ms.P. with me for a long time yet. Go Vshred! and thank you again.

  I personally cannot express enough how happy and grateful I am with the results I have gotten from VShred. Before, I tried everything to lose weight for years, various diets, workout programs and pushed it so hard that I eventually tore my biceps and had to have surgery. When I saw the advertisements for VShred, I was skeptical but figured it was worth a try, and I haven't been disappointed! I signed up for the carb cycling meal plan and was assigned to Timothy S. and he has made my weight loss experience absolutely wonderful! Tim has been instrumental in developing my weekly meal plans that keep me full, rapidly responds to any questions I may have and is a constant enthusiastic motivator. With Tim's guidance, I have been consistently losing about 1-2lbs a week without starving myself. It is such a great feeling going from absolutely nothing works to being down 33lbs, and still going strong. Thanks Tim!!!

  After multiple emails and a phone call to V Shred, I am worried that I will not receive my requested refund. I made my purchase on July 10 and after a few days I realized I no longer want the product. Although they say on their voice message that they have received a high demand of emails and they will answer them in the order they were received is worrisome for me as I am afraid my time limitation to return product will not be honored.

  Meal plan is simple, easy to understand and easy to prepare meals are delicious, bit pricey for all the ingredients but well worth it! Workouts (fat loss extreme for Him) is intense challenging but is sure to lead to some killer results! Justin is my trainer and he checks in regularly and responds usually within an hour or so! Awesome experience thus far!

  The absolute worst customer service and response times. I tried canceling my order before it was sent. The way it is ordered does not give you a chance to review your order before they just place it and hope it's right. Their phone number is an automated recording of them requesting you email their support. I've emailed support, I've emailed back to the spam like emails from "Vince". Nothing. I've heard nothing back. So very frustrating. I haven't even looked at the program, to be fair, because I'm so upset over their awful ordering system and a lack of way to get ahold of anyone, phone or email. I want to cancel my entire order solely because I am so upset with their lack of customer service! I just can't get anyone to read the emas stating that!

  I bought ONE program for food plan and workout plan for $132 total. They charged my account immediately and show I bought TWO programs. I called to inquire about the email I was supposed to receive with the sign in information, etc. I called their ONLY phone number I could dig out of one email only to get a recording saying they have "higher than usual volume of calls." They have no customer number assigned to your account. They offer no way to remove your credit card and get it out of their system. They appeared reputable on Facebook advertisement, clearly they are not. I will be having my bank start a fraud investigation, and seeking court assistance if this isn't corrected through Vshred tomorrow including proof of removing my credit card information. This company clearly knows they are bad and sell questionable products as they over talk over promising assuring you can reach their customer service immediately but without you being able to confirm that to be true before you buy. Facebook and any place advertising for this 'company' needs to end their advertising as they are poorly run, underhanded and misleading.
