  Courtney M. has been a God send! I was reluctant to click the click bait for V Shred and was convinced that I was emailing a bot, but I have received the best support and guidance from Courtney and always in a very timely manner.   I also fell for this scam. Dozens of auto-generated emails they claim I read, but no one actually reached out to give me personal help via email. I was required to use a third party messaging system if I had any questions, but the "coach" never reached out to me through that app. It probably would have been too much work when sending pre-written/non-custom emails was easier. I had 1 week of meal plans for 2 months before getting anything else. I asked over and over to stop the plan and get even a partial refund back. I paid for a full year, but since my "coach" made the 3 weeks of meals plan without messaging me I had to pay for the full year. I asked why I was paying for the full year when apparently it was only 3 weeks worth of work, and never received an actual response. My "coach" got paid for doing minimal work. I just wanted 50% back of the over $2,000 I spent, but no. It is my fault for falling for the scam and I wish I could have disputed this, but they talked me into using Affirm and I didn't know how to do that. I wish I remembered what the ripped guy's name was, but he mother should be ashamed of his company's practices. This program doesn't work for everyone and they should be able to get some money back when they try to cancel over 6 months over before the program is supposed to be over.

  The initial infomercial was lengthy and gave no indication of how long it would be. Nevertheless, I gave it a try until email after email kept up the same type pitch for one program after another. I give cud's at least for their return policy.

  I have been using VShred for 1.5 months now and have had wonderful interactions with my nutrition coach, trainer Ethan K. He sends me encouraging emails and keeps track of my progress through weekly check ins. He has developed 2 monthly meal plans for me so far and uses my input on likes/dislikes and my personal results to give me a meal plan I can easily follow and enjoy. He has also sent me information on eating out and dieting while traveling to fit my needs. I have also ordered supplements from V Shred and the ordering process and quick delivery were great. I use V Shred at home workouts in the Female Fatloss Extreme Program and they have been tremendous! I have definitely had a 5 star experience with V Shred!

  This program is AWESOME! I love the meals my coach Madison W. sends me and the meals are easy to prep. she also answers all my questions and concerns that i have. The meals are different every month unless i ask to keep a meal the same, i like that i can change my meal if needed.

  The program works if you commit to it. My coach has been very consistent with communication and helping me get the results I am looking for. I also have a custom meal plan with him that he creates monthly, this helps take the ease of trying to manage my macros on my own. I gave a 4 star just because my coach cannot be physically with me while I train. None the less he is always there to answer my questions and concerns. I encourage you to give the program a try if you want to build yourself a better body and be more confident.
