  Denene D is amazing. I have worked with MANY coaches throughout the last few years and none were as encouraging and supportive as her. She was very quick to answer my questions, willing to create plans that worked for my goals and my needs, and even made changes to my meal plans if I needed one. The price is also UNBEATABLE. most coaches charge $250 for just workouts and macros. Here, you get a custom workout AND custom meal plan for way less than that. I've never seen a deal like that anywhere.

  Alan W. has been my coach from day one. He replies to my questions within 24 hours. He's generous with the positive reinforcement and offers suggestions to combat the week one and week two muscle soreness. The custom diet is easy to follow, and easy to prepare. I love, love, love the fitness plan. I used to be the guy on the treadmill for 30 minutes, then on to the weights. Now I follow the plan and I've lost 5 pounds in two weeks, and feel stronger every day.

  Jill has been very helpful. She always respond quickly. Also she has really based my meal plans with what I like and dislikes. So it is easier for me to stick to my plan. I lost 35 pounds in 5 months and Jill has helped me to reach my goal with her encouragement and tips when I go to the restaurant or family reunion !! Thank you so much Jill !!!

  I love working with my coach, Madison. She has stayed in touch & has responded to any questions over the last 6 weeks I have been on the plan. Madison has adjusted my meal plan to suit my tastes & preferences to make this a sustainable lifestyle for me. She has even gone as far as sending me a recipe for an ingredient I couldn’t initially find in my small town. She has been understanding of an injury I currently have which is prohibiting me from doing the exercise program at this time. I’m doing a walking routine right now & I hope to get on track once I have a complete diagnosis & I’m able to start healing. Madison has been an integral part of my 11.3 pound weight loss. I’m very pleased with that progress in 6 weeks & look forward to continuing with Madison in the future!

  VShred has been really great for me. I have been apart of this group for a little less then 3 months and I have already lost 27lb. And thanks to my amazing couch Edith I have a greater relationship with food then I have ever had before. I am also gaining my strength back after being in multiple car accidents that really damaged my back. If you want the best you that you can be I highly advise joining VShred!

  Outstanding customer service and support. Ryan was very good with responses and answering questions. He provided excellent meal options and workout routines, helping me achieve my goal of 40 lbs within 90 days. Although I had a few minor injuries, his experience and guidance provided me the needed exercises to rehabilitate and get back into training. This program works if you follow the plan and out the effort in. I am now sustaining my goals and feel great.

  This company is wonderful! I have been on my custom meal plan for about 7 months and have lost 52 pounds. My coach is the best. She is always there for me. She helps to keep me motivated and is always available when I have questions. She always answers my emails within 24 hours. This program is well worth it for the amount of the monthly installment.   My trainer Gabriella J has been absolutely wonderful with my meal plan due to having dental implants and not being able to chew certain types of foods.   I signed up for v-shred and a bottle of a supplement they sell. The program was not a good fit for me. I have now tried to cancel via email 3 times and the only response is that I have to pay $15 to cancel by certified mail. Meanwhile they keep sending the "Burn" supplements. I have contacted my bank and the better Business bureau.
