Stacey is an amazing coach. I am excited every week to talk to her!! She has adjusted my meal plan when things don’t work and responds whenever I email her. Can’t wait to keep working with her!

Audrey B- has been nothing less than awesome. We are in different time zones and it seems like she is always available. She is nothing but positive in her feedback. She is motivating and also sets realistic expectations. Sometimes, I worried that she would scold me for not having the best week. But she never did. Instead of scolding me, we discussed a focus for the next week to hit my goals. I've lost 18 pounds so far and I plan to keep going.V Shred, LLC

I've been working with Brittany since 5 Months and it's going really well.
I've been losing weight without frustration or hungering myself. The meal plans are varied and delicious and really easy to prepare.
Britanny is Very caring for my needs regarding what i do/do not eat/prefer.
Even while I was on vacation she managed to create a meal plan that goes with local food.
I'm glad I discovered V Shred and above all for sharing this experience with my wonderful coach !V Shred, LLC

The Vshred program was awesome!!
I found it so easy and helpful
The hard work of knowing what to eat and how much exercise to do was all done for you which is the hardest part.
My trainer Josie was prompt with her responses and so helpful

Committing to the vshred meal plan and exercise has been life changing for me. My coach Jessica was always available when I had a question. I felt very supported the entire three months so much that I’m gonna extend a month or two. As a 64-year-old grandmother, i’m not sold on the idea of ‘extreme’ weight loss, but to manage what I’m eating and how I’m exercising and seeing the results, at my own pace makes sense to me. This program wont be for everyone.
When I was ready to commit to being a healthier me, V Shred was there. A perfect match for me.

My coach was Kimberley for the past 3 months. She’s been incredibly encouraging. Always there for me asking me how I fetl. Ging out of her way to answer me at non standard hours. Helping me see the changes and celebrate my small victories in my body.
She was also recommended by a friend of mine Nisreen and I loved the experiences with her.

Maria C is wonderful ! I have tried other programs that have coaches that didn't work but Maria has really made me feel like I am important to her and that I can meet my goals. The meal plan she created for me, I have NO problem eating. I just look at my schedule and eat what she has planned out for the day. Maria answers all of my questions honestly and helps me understand the why.
The price for this program is very reasonable, I do not have to buy specialty food items or snacks to keep the cravings away. The circuit training is perfect for me because exercise is difficult for me to stay focused on, there are rest days too! I look forward to being able to do all of the exercises as they SHOULD be done and not modified for me to be able to do them. For the first time I have hope with success of losing weight and I am excited to see where this journey is going to takes me. I'm so glad I watched the ******** video of Vince .V Shred, LLC
