  Amber P is awesome! She responds quickly to my questions and has superb knowledge on nutrition. She provides amazing support and keeps me motivated. Amber is never pushy and provides advice tailored to my needs. I couldn’t have done it without her. Working out is great but getting the right macro mix makes such a difference! Way to go Amber, you rock! Thank you!

  I just started the program with V Shred 2 weeks ago and I have lost inches off my waist and hips. I can now see the floor when I look down instead of my stomach. I believe that's due to the awesome short but efficient exercises they lead you through every day. The coaches are awesome and tell you everything that you should be doing throughout the exercises. Also, the meal plan is awesome! I love the food! I have increased energy and movement. My posture has also improved.

  He was a very Intentive coach for the first month. The second month he dropped the ball. I gave him some feedback on my menu in the first week and nothing changed even though he asked me to check the changes. I never got a normal check in for all four weeks. When the time ended I was automatically charged for the next month without being asked if I was even interested. I would have definitely gone forward if I would’ve just been asked in advance instead of being ghosted. I get it we all have our own lives outside of work.

  Not happy. I gained weight on your program and I’m always getting info saying if only I will take this product or that product it will just fall off. I spent over 500 on product and the program. I feel this is just a money making program.

  Ethan K has been a great motivating coach. Response times are great to any questions I've had. The meal plan is awesome, tons of variety and adjusted for anything I didn't want.

  Sarah ** has been my coach for 5 weeks now. She responds quickly to any questions that I may have, reviews my check-in reports and provides amazing support. At times, I request to swap a certain food in my food plan, and she does that immediately. I love the HIIT workouts, even at 67 years young! I've dropped 11 lbs and 5 lbs of fat during this time and have lots of stamina. Thanks, Sarah **, you're the best : )

  My coach is Angela F she has been significant in this weight loss journey with me. I started the program in August 2023, and have lost 29 pounds in 4 months. She has been my cheerleader and has helped me to stay accountable. She’s always there to answer questions, give good advice and help me stay on track. This program has been a life changer for me. I was skeptical at first, but was desperate to get my eating under control. I love the meal plans and the workouts have been amazing.

  Melissa is supporting and sweet. Answers mail straight away. The menu has been good tasting and adjusted to fit me. Any adjustments I needed were don quick.
