  I was hesitant this program would be a gimmick with all the spam emails but after one month I am blown away by the service and product. I have lost 8 pounds in three weeks and this was even during the holidays when I cheated a little. Every week, I lose consistently and have never gone up in weight. And this is before I even started the workouts. My coach Hannah A is nothing short of AMAZING. Maybe the poor reviews are based on having a poor coach, but my experience with Hannah A is what has kept me going. She is positive and encouraging without being over the top, she is funny and understanding and not one bit judgemental. It’s like having a friend at your side who believes in you. She made changes to my diet plan multiple times, which doesn’t feel like a diet at all. I’ve never eaten so healthy in my life. Just nutritious foods cycled on certain days at the right portions. I have never felt hungry on the diet because the plan also includes heathy snacks. And it’s all regular stuff I already have or easily can get at a regular store. It comes with a shopping list and the recipes, it has made my life so much easier because I also make the dinners for my kids and husband. They say they love my diet because now I’m cooking real balanced meals. We are sitting down for dinners as a family now instead of me throwing in frozen pizzas and kids grabbing pieces and going to their rooms. The extreme fat loss circuit training is just the right level, anybody who doesn’t have health issues can do the exercises, you don’t need any equipment, just follow along with Vince on the video as he does the workout and explains the right technique and encourages you. The workouts are only 25 minutes! I am sad to see not everyone has had a great experience like mine. There is a lot of reading in the beginning to explain the program and you have to dedicate yourself and be determined in following it for it to work. Just ignore all the spam emails.

  Chase was my trainer for the first 30 days. He did answer some of my questions, but most of the checkins were just automated texts. One even came that said I was doing amazing when I hadn’t even begun!??. I had been so busy that I hadn’t even used any workouts yet and had only looked at weeks 1 menu ( but not started). The next thing I see is the initial purchase cost ( which was fine) and an added custom diet plan for about 68.00 PER MONTH! Seriously? I did Not request a continued diet plan. I chatted with them and told them that I had NOT requested an extension. At first the rep said “I will refund your order back completly”. I said I still wanted to pay for the initial payment of 54.00 to be able to use the workout plans. She confirmed she would do that. The next thing I see is that they cancelled my entire order ( initial fee, which I still wanted and the sneaky add on of the diet plan, which I DID want cancelled)! The rep that I was originally chatted with ended the chat! So I made a continuation of that chat and get another rep. who must not of read the previous chat b/c he said “ what can I help you with today”. Soooo I again had to go through the entire chat with him ( I’ve been on the chat with them now for an hour) and ask for a supervisor to figure this whole thing out, 4TIMES !! They would never give me one to talk to. None available- hah, go figure! I just kept requested a supervisor and still none. Finally the guy said a supervisor would call me in 2 days. Well it’s been 3 with no response, exactly. I just chatted with the 3rd one and told them to cancel the ENTIRE Order, that I was tired of playing their game. So they did. I was terribly upset about this as I felt like I would really enjoy the workouts, but after all these hassles with the chat room and no follow up from the supervisor, I am done. So sad that companies today will do anything to rip people off!!!! I am no longer a client and will inform social media, news, friends and radios.

  I've had a great experience with Vshred!!
  I started out with Vincent C who was fantastic. I could ask him questions multiple times during the week and he would answer each and every time with ways to exercise better and more effenciently. He would discuss my menu to see what does and doesnt work. He had great insight as to what I was needing and changed it for me. You could see he was well educated in his field.
  I am now with Kelsey G and she is excellent !! She will explain what the diet plan is supposed to do thru the carb cycling. Since I am diabetic, she reasses's my meal plan often to help with my needs. She is sooooo supportive, I love that!
  I would highly recommend Vshred for anyone. When I visit "MyStuff" it gives me additional information, tells me how to create my own meal plan, when my 90 days are up and has video's of training classes to follow along at home. I still have 2 weeks to go, but I have lost 38 pounds so far...this will be a lifetime change, not just a few months for me.....This plan works, if you use their resources. They are very knowledgable in the information they give me.

  For my personal trainers experience, I give the highest accolades to Jordan! As my personal dietitian and confidant, she has exceeded all my expectations. She is understanding, caring, and efficient. Additionally, she is also a great cheerleader, encouraging me when hitting a plateau and never making me feel badly about my concerns. I had a billing glitch after losing my card they had on file and she was extremely helpful with a resolution to the situation. I can not say enough about the positive attributes she displays.   I started working with Rebekah K. in December of 2023, she has been a great coach to date, very informative, professional and highly responsive to my questions and emails for my fitness goals for 2024. Continuing to work with her on custom diet plans and eventually custom workouts. Have invested in their supplement line, they have been great so far, and am seeing initial results. I think the most important thing is you need to be honest with your goals and expectations and be patient and committed to yourself and the program and/or coach.

  My coach Catherine has been amazing! She has been incredibly helpful and she is always there to answer questions, give me tips or just for anything else if I need her. I have made a lot of progress in the program and working with her. I am really liking this program and I think is something I will using moving forward whenever I need to.

  Maria C has been my coach for the diet plan and I really love receiving a new new each month. Everything is tailored for me and makes eating so much easier. Maria is always available when I have questions or requesting changes to my plan. She requests current pics and before pics so we can both see my progress. She is vey inspiring and motivating. . I would highly recommend the personal diet plan as fitness and being healthy is a combo of working out and eating right.

  I never ordered V Shred yet $157.20 came our of my bank account. This is Bank
  Fraud, and I intend to follow up with a lawyer to press charges. How could you steal from people if you have such a great product? I see many accounts of "scamming" from this company-karma is a bitch-stealing my hard earned money. I cannot afford to buy groceries for my children this week due to you scam!!! Is stealing worth hurting innocent children? I want an immediate refund for $157.20.

  After feeling pressured to sign up and buy their custom 1 on 1 coaching orogram, a few hours later i adked to cancel the order before anservices rendered and stop the Klarna Credit payment plan. I kept being given emails about this and that and its not refundable due to the nature of the services. Well if the would have cancelled the order when i adked for it to be cancelled their would be no services rendered still. I havent even had my first coach meeting yet. This is very poor customer service and very poor selling techniques. Trying to make someone feel guilty that financially cannot afford it.
