Sierra has been a very supportive coach. Meal plans work well for me and were adjusted accordingly. I'm a month in and I feel like I'm eating better, losing some weight (but want to definitely lose more) and slowly working the exercise regimes into my schedule. All in all, very satisfied with the communications, help and support. I'm making slow progress, but feel the slow and steady way works for me.

My 2 stars are for my coach.. she was wonderful and was always quick to respond. Otherwise the program was a joke. Ended up gaining 10 pounds! And when trying to buy another month of the meal plans the payments never worked. Tried to order more supplements, never came! If anything just get the meal plan!V Shred, LLC

I'm relatively new to the program but so far I have had nothing but a positive experience. The staff is friendly and they have helped to personalize a program that is right for me. I've asked questions regarding workouts for someone with lower back issues and I've received recommendations on alternative exercises to perform. I've been connected with a personal fitness coach who's provided me with a meal plan that included the recipes and a grocery list so I know what to buy.Review fromJennifer U

I have been working with Courtney on a Meal Plan for 3.5 months. I am 58 years old and have been struggling all my life with my weight. I saw the Vshred ads for a few weeks before clicking on the quiz to find out what my type was. Yes, the video is long, but I could not take my attention off of it because V was telling my story! At first, I was very nervous because of so many trials that didn't work or that left me hungry and frustrated only to gain back the weight after working so hard.
I agree that there is a lot to get through before you can even pay, but I am so grateful because the last ad was the one that said that many people work with a meal coach and that is what I was searching for. I felt "led" to this and ended up with Courtney as my coach. I was amazed, first of all, that I was working with a real person in real time. It wasn't just a scripted email response that you had to follow. She replied every time I wrote with questions, and I had a lot of questions. She is very patient with me and I never, ever, feel like a burden to her because she is very interested in my success.
In 3.5 months, I have lost 23 lbs and dropped my A1C from 6.4 to 5.9, taking me out of the danger zone for Type 2 diabetes. I love the food and I love preparing it. It was challenging at first but I pressed on and figured out a routine that worked for me, with Courtney's help.
I have never felt better and I have better movement than I had when I was 40. I still love the journey and it is my life now.
I highly recommend this program, for whatever part you are seeking. Don't be afraid to ask because they want you to succeed. This is the best gift I have ever given myself!Review fromJudy J

Customer service uses AI. I cannot get to a real person to resolve an issue. Thankfully my bank kept a watchful eye and declined the multiple hits on my account. This company sets you up to keep making purchases. Maybe the program is great for people who have plenty of money and don't watch their bank account. I would never recommend getting started with VSHRED.V Shred, LLC

We apologize for the frustration, and that you are having issues with your refund. Our records show that your refund was issued on 3/17/24. It should reflect on your online credit card statement within the next 5 -10 business days from the date issued, and on your paper statement at the end of the current billing cycle. (Please check with your credit card company for clarification if needed.) On 3/27/24 we provided you with Acquirer Reference Numbers (ARN) to give to your bank to help trace the refund. We recommend reaching out to them for further assistance.

I watched the video and purchased some of the products. Then I had a Zoom call with a representative who gave lots of good information behind the program and then sold me on taking the advanced program where they had me complete a full assessment about the foods I like and don’t like and what exercise I like and don’t like. Then, they assigned me to a coach who was to design a personal eating plan and personal workout plan geared just for me. Not the generic plan that I got for free. So, I decided to go with it. It took some days before I got assigned a coach, who sent me an email with a welcome video that was generic and edited together. As a videographer I could tell. I was told to download the VIP app and that my personal plans would show up there. Nothing. I wrote to the original person who sold me on the plan and he said that I should contact my trainer. I finally got an email from her stating my personal plans had been uploaded to the VIP app. However, nothing has shown up in that app. I have since written to her to state that I want a complete refund. I am not sure I I will get anything back. I would like too because I don’t think there is anything they do that is personalized. Leone T.V Shred, LLC
