Chania my trainer has been great! She checks in with me regularly to make sure I’m on track or to see if any changes are needed. She makes my workouts advanced and really challenging, which is what I want!

I love my trainer!!!!! Danielle R is amazing. She honestly takes an interest in my plan and cheers me on when things get tough. My meal plan is perfect, my workouts are effective but, the constant contact she has with me is what keeps me going.

They've all been great! I actually love the program. I was worried because the amount of commercials I saw and how they went on and on to be honest but everything has been as advertised, the trainer and staff have been great etc. No complaints and I've lost weight and gained muscle.V Shred, LLC

I absolutely love my nutrition coach, Keri S! I meet regularly with my gym coach and a general nutritionist. I know my macro goals but have struggled to organize all of my meals to hit my macros on a consistent basis. Working with Keri she has taken my likes, dislikes, my lifestyle, my travel schedule and my opinions into consideration when building my meal plan. She makes adjustments when I want something specific to fit the changing seasons, ie weekend bbq. She is my biggest cheerleader and I’ve really enjoyed this experience! After menopause, weight loss is a real struggle. I saw results after week one with Keri! Outside of meal planning we talk about sleep, water intake and movement among other things. She is a real person and I love interacting with her!V Shred, LLC
