  I am so disappointed in the hard core upsell with absolutely no answers as to what my total charges would be. I asked several times and the rep just kept spitting out numbers that made no sense. I checked my bank account and saw that i was charged A combined total of $700! I feel I was scammed and want no part of this company. I want a full refund! I wasn't even finished with the ever so long videos when a call came in from the company to upsell upsell upsell with nothing making sense. I specifically told her that I cannot afford this program. I want my money back and feel deceived and scammed. I haven't even been able to log in to the account.

  I was interested at first took for ever to get thru video so I thought I would try but they Kept trying to sell me stuff, so I bought it. And then I did my research and I feel like it's a scam big time. I don't want nothing to do with it. I just want my money back over $300.

  After lengthy video after video of sales pitch. It doesn’t stop there. There is so much confusion, so much information you don’t know where to start all with the statement “money back guarantee no questions ask”. I tried to cancel this the day after, received no reply, however did receive 4 days later saying they could only refund 50% only due to meal plan, which I cancelled before it was send out. This is the biggest scam of all time, does it work don’t know, to complicated to tell ya, but that’s how they get you. Out 176 bucks on video after video and email after email. With no such thing as refund with these people. Also don’t think you calling because the phone states they don’t have a customer service line. ???????

  I signed up for this program on 1/15/2024 but was charged double what I understood to be the price. I received a link to the website and was unable to log in and kept receiving responses that stated the link wasn't working. I contacted the company less than an hour after purchase requesting a refund and was told that my request was process and I would receive a full refund. I have reached out twice since my original request and they keep referring me to my credit card company and ignoring my request to see proof of the processed refund. This company lacks integrity, has terrible customer service, and does not follow through on their promises. Do not be scammed out of your money.

  Samantha has been the best. I started my meal plan November-ish nervous how I was going to change my eating. She has made me yummy meal plans that have me left satisfied! She has been supportive, real, honest, and I have appreciated all her words of encouragment! Although, I haven’t consistently “worked out” she has been supportive of my journey. I have continued to lose weight while just following my meal plans! I have told so many about V-Shred and how much I am loving it so far!

  When I first saw V-Shred on ******** I thought they were a body building program for hard core body builders . After reading more into it I realized that it is, but also a program for people that just want to lose weight and possibly tone up. From there the sky is the limit.
  What first caught my eye, not just Vince with his shirt off, :) but the fact that they design your menu by how many pounds you want to loose in how much reasonable time and by what foods you love, like, will eat and not foods you do not like or will not eat. With recipes and a shopping list. They will change something if you find you don't care for it. With this menu set up I look forward to the meals. Something that is different from other diets I have tried.
  Love my trainer Ayana. Always replies before the end of the day and answers my questions.
  The exercising program is great! It's a work out for sure but just after the first few days I could feel my body toning up. Before the exercises I could not get off the ground without help. I was at my mother's 94th birthday party and was on my knees for pictures and when I jumped up my Aunt said wow, I thought we would have to help you up and I said a week ago you would have!
  Yes it cost money. What doesn't. You pay for their time and knowledge. If you can't afford some of the things they suggest to you just say no thank you and see if there is a less expensive avenue you can take with them or buy it when you can.
  I am coming up on 68 years old, out of shape and was 30 pounds over weight with a very slow metabolism. Most of it in my hips and stomach. I am just a month into it and have lost 7 pounds and toned up and yes there is definitely a slimming to my stomach and waist! I am getting around better and feel better, stronger and can really see and tell the difference. It's not going to be over night and I know it, but nothing worth having is easy! It's all up to me and how bad I want it with V-Shred showing and helping me along the way. :)

  I am 3 weeks into the Toned in 90 Days program & my coach, Amanda, has been very responsive & helpful. She has been great with the pescatarian meal plan & super supportive with suggestions for alterations around my busy travel for work schedule. I’m pleased with the brief workouts that I can do in hotels without weights & they do the trick. I am toning up, slowly but surely. Excited & motivated to see where my progress is after the 90 days & appreciate the program & all the options it provides. ????

  My coach Edith is great. If there is something on my meal plan I can’t have or don’t like she is very quick to answer any questions or change the plan. The Masterclass’ are free and are great for all levels of fitness. In addition to Vince’s 20 min workouts are perfect as an additional workout. They do push the supplements however they do work and taste better than most I have had in the past. You will also receive a ton of emails some are redundant but some are informative. Overall if you are dedicated to put the time and effort in to lose weight and feel your best then this is the plan for you.
