Vshred and staff are amazing! Great people who are easy to get along with. I've been with them for 2 years and I've had incredible results! Initially, I lost over 50 pounds and since then I've put on 15 pounds of muscle while keeping my body fat low. The custom diet coaching has been a game changer for me. I struggle with food and moderation but with a meal plan, it takes the thinking out of it! My coach Alex is outstanding and has helped me reach goals that I struggled with before. Vshred is HIGHLY recommended!

I like my coach Delaney. She is responsive and supportive. At my request, she has changed my meal plan twice. I'm on Day 11 and really HATE having to stick to such repetitive meals for a whole month. Not sure I can do it without a lot of emotional turmoil. I am still working with her. I also hate calisthenics but have been doing the Vince-led exercises as directed. It has motivated me to add jogging and jumping longer on my rebounder (yay!). I only need to lose 25 pounds and really want to. Some days the program seems worth the money and other days, I am ready to request a refund.V Shred, LLC

I am really happy because the program is working for me. I needed something to help me get back to looking after myself properly & this program is really working so far.
I have a custom meal plan from Adrian S & I couldn't be happier. I would've struggled to set myself a carb cycling menu plan so I would highly recommend going down this route.V Shred, LLC
