I spent $131.44 on the VShred weight loss program ($57.00 for the Fat Loss Extreme for Her bundle and $67.00 for the Custom Diet Plan, $7.44 for sales tax) in April and was urged to sign up for the free Metabolic Assessment several times to determine what would be best for me, which I did. After receiving a receipt for my purchase, the only other things I received were five short online exercise videos and a grocery list for foods. I received nothing that remotely resembled a diet plan. During my Metabolic Assessment on 18 May, the representative informed me that the program had two parts. The first part is basically done on the customer’s own. The other part cost more, up to $10,000, and you get coaching, etc., none of which was provided in the advertisement. After about 15-20 minutes, the session turned into a high pressure sales pitch. I told the representative that I felt pressured and I refused to sign up for anything further. The representative finally quit pressuring me and we hung up. I then complained to VShred and requested a refund. They said a refund of $57.00 was processed for the Fat Loss Extreme portion on 22 May, but explained that because their records showed my Customized Diet Plan was made and sent by my trainer,” they would not refund the $67.00 for the diet plan. I don’t know who was supposed to send me what, but I had no fewer than four people sending me emails about my program and none contained any customized diet plan. One of those people, who was assigned to be my “trainer”, was apparently let go from what I was told. I have requested several times to be reimbursed for the rest of the program since I never received any Customized Diet Plan, but no one has responded to those requests. If I could give less than one star for this clown outfit, I would. You can be sure that I will make it my mission to spread the news about staying away from this company at all costs. The worst company I’ve dealt with..I’ve tried to cancel my account several times and they keep giving me the run around and saying I can’t cancel..I haven’t had the program for more than 2 weeks,, told my credit card to stop payments and .now I’m getting calls from debt collectors..this company is a big scam..I figured out to just eat better and the personal trainer basically says if you do t follow my plan it won’t work..I recommend this to no body and their stupid ads won’t stop popping up on my phoneV Shred, LLC

This companyis a SHAM, RUN do not spend a penny. They sell you the initial program, then UPSELL you again and again. If you request a refund, you may get a few pennies of the amount you spent. I was allergic to the product. I asked for a refund. I can see the email states there was a return label, I couldn’t get it to download so I asked for another label to be sent. Label never came therefore I sent my product via usps. In my box I put all my information asked including my return form. A month goes by and no return. I contact them and they say they have no record of my return please give me your tracking number . That person stops talking to me therefore I have to start again. I give my tracking number and lo and behold there is my return but yet not processed. Criminal to have my stuff and not give me my money. Come to find out This happened to a friend as well trying their product. They don’t return your money unless you contact them. Not a company I call reputable at all. My Coach Zechariah ******* has been great to work with. Diet is satisfying and has changed both my cooking/grilling/smoking as well as portion size. I know what to do if I eat in a restaurant, although I really prefer my own most of the time! I'm down 24#s in the first 60 and I'm on target to reach my goal in 180 days. After your initial purchase of the program they set up a video call to complete a metabolic assessment. I expected it to be a sales call, likely going over the supplements offered and perhaps their coaching program. I was asked several questions about my goals etc. I discussed the fact I am overweight and how my father and grandfather passed away to heart concerns. Their heart issues were not weight related, but it is a concern. When we got to the part of the call about the coaching program, the cost was more than I can afford. I was told they offer financing options, to which I told them I did not want to do without discussing it with my wife as we just relocated across the country. It was at this time the call took a turn. The "coach" said I was not being accountable and asked if I wanted to die from a heart attack!! He also asked what was going on over here that I would have to discuss this with my wife. I told him right now I would use the program I purchased. He flat out said it will not help and again went into how I will not change and that is why I need a coach. Basically I got the impression that V-shred uses a lot of hype to try and pressure people into purchasing their coaching program. Beware what you tell them in the call because this information is what they will use in their rebuttal and they will come at you hard! They use bait and switch behavior by making you think this is any type of an assessment. It isn't at all. I was given no valuable information that I do not already know. This is a high pressure sales call and I imagine a lot of people leave it feeling worse or end up purchasing something they cannot afford. Why do you sell and promote a program only to have your own coaches say it will not help people? Your business model may bring clients in, but your tactics are extremely predatory in my opinion.V Shred, LLC
