  Our coach, Jordan was awesome! She was super-attentive and genuinely interested in helping us create a healthier lifestyle. She walked us through the process and was available to answer our questions. She helped us learn how to eat healthy and make better dietary decisions. She explained the WHYs and HOWs in a way that was very easy to understand. She was also very encouraging as we made weekly progress toward our healthy lifestyle goals. The V Shred program itself was easy to manage and follow as well. And we could eat regular food everyday!!

  I have been with VShred for 4 years now on their nutrition plan and have absolutely thrived while following it! When I first started using it, it was for weight loss, which I was successful at doing with this program. I have now used it throughout my first pregnancy, through breastfeeding, and currently through my second pregnancy to keep myself healthy and on track to loose weight after my babies. I have experienced nothing but good things so I recently decide to upgrade to the training+ nutrition plan and I have been loving that as well. I get all new exercises that cater to my needs and a customized nutrition plan that provides for really tasty recipes that are healthy as well. I barely have time to do much of anything with my busy schedule so I'm ecstatic I don't have to add "meal planning" to it. It's done for me and all I need to do is make it. Plus I don't have to worry about how much I'm eating or if what I'm eating is good for me. I know it is!

  I absolutely love working with Kelsey G. She always comes up with great tasting meal plans, and is always willing to change things in it that I may not or won't eat. Kelsey is also extremely supportive in my journey and doesn't pass judgment if I stray off the meal plan or let my cravings take over. She always tells me, the best thing about it is, I can always start again. She understands I live a very busy life, between driving school bus for 12 hours out of my day, and taking care of my special needs adult daughter for the remainder of my day. So she creates a plan that will help me lose weight and be sustainable for my busy lifestyle. I would 100% recommend this program to anyone and everyone. I have already recommended to several friends. I'd rate this program a 20/10. I've already lost 15lbs since I started this program about a month ago. Slow and steady weight loss. The healthy way for me.

  Courtney was my trainer - she was great - provided awesome meal plans - they were simple enough for me to make - I had told her I had not cooked in a very long time. I had inadvertently signed up for a program that I could in no way participate and got a credit without issue!

  I’ve had great success using the VShred program. I’ve been on the program 14 months. I started with the Accelerator Plus with a Coach then transitioned to the Custom Diet Plan for $47/mth and using the Ripped In 90 and VShred University workout plans. I moved away from the Sculpt Nation supplements only because I found a brand that agreed with my body better and I was able to get a military discount through ID.Me. I highly recommend the VShred program, stick with it and you will see results.

  Trainer was literally zero help. All they wanted to do was sell more crap to you. I would ask questions and get very vague responses or told ahh ypu can do whatever. If you could do whatever no body would be over weight or out of shape in the first place. V Shred is a pyramid scheme to keep selling you more unless supplements.

You can expect the refund to reflect on your online credit card statement within 5-10 business days from your refund date, and on your paper statement at the end of the current billing cycle.
