  My trainer Maya S has been awesome to work with! She developed custom meal plans that taste great and are easy to make. She checks in a few times a week for updates and is very supportive! She helps me stay motivated to lose weight!

  I have really enjoyed working with my personal trainer Maya S! She gives me meal plans while keeping my son in mind since I am still breastfeeding him. If I don't like a meal, she changes it immediately and is always very quick at responding to any email I send her. She's a great coach to have in your corner. She won't let you down! I was skeptical at first, but my husband and I thought i should try it since i was getting a little on the weight i had gained. Not even 60 days into my 90 day program and I've already lost 20lbs. I'm excited to see what the other 5.5 weeks have in store. Thanks Maya!

  The package arrived with 12 bottles, but definitely NOT what I ordered. I did not get the capsules I ordered NOR any of the free materials promised in the video I saw. Additionally, I was charged for three different items for this order on April 8, 2024, totaling $486.72. I attempted to cancel the order because of the extremely high percentage of complaints filed against the company., claiming the product a fraud. Since I could not get in touch with VSHRED, I reported this to my bank since there was no phone number I could find to contact the VSHRED company. I had left the package sealed because I had no use for the discredited product. I was charged twice for the initial product ($212.94 X 2 + $62.24), and I have no idea what the charge $62.24 was for. There was no invoice or detail of the contents nor price, NO PHONE NUMBER and I only discovered that I was charged twice when I received my bank statement. I would like a credit for the entire charge since they were for a different product and I only purchased one product, not three, from VSHRED and not from "SCULPTnation" where the WRONG capsules came from. I would appreciate any help you can give me in this matter. I live on Social Security and just cannot afford this kind of scam! L. S.

  I signed up hopeful because it sounded like they had done their research and they said it was 100% money back guarantee. After trying to navigate their confusing program that was more sales then help for a couple of days, I received a diet plan of almost3000 calories a day. The coach nikki was friendly but when asked about it her response was just stick to it I would want every bite. I have been on a 1600 calorie diet and can't lose so this did not make any sense, but I was will to continue and trust until my metabolic test review call. Hussien didn't tell me anything about metabolic other then a kindergarten explanation after I called him out on the call being upselling. I could tell the second he got on the call all he say was fat equals laziness. The whole call was on how I needed an extremely expensive program because I was irresponsible. That I wasn't taking responsibility for my size and that my goal was to large. When ask about the programs I already purchased he stated they weren't going to help me. So I asked for my money back and they offered less then 1/2 what I spent. When I responded that Vince video said ever penny they state the return policy says half for this and minus for that. This company is out to up sell and does not listen nor care about their clients. I do not trust anything they say and their commercials make my cringe at how many people are going to go into it hopeful and come out in such a short time feeling hopeless just like I did. So destructive and talk about irresponsible.

  V Shred makes it seem like they will do all of the math for calorie and carb counting for your body type. Yet when you get to the app it's not personalized and there is a whole section called carb cycling where you have to do so much math it's redundant!

  As you mentioned, we do have a section all about Carb Cycling in your program. The guide is step by step but we also offer Custom Diet Plans where your coach would do the work for you and for a month you would work with them to help you accomplish your fitness goals.

  We also want to advise that you download the app MyFitnessPal. It's a great tool for tracking nutrition and can complement our programs well. We also have a 5 Day Free Masterclass. Our Masterclass is a live session available exclusively in our Private Facebook group, which serves as a fantastic support tool. Our Masterclass sessions are held every Monday, except for some holiday weeks.

  I just made a purchase yesterday night with the promises that should be $57 bucks for a program, then the agents start to send me emails and call me just making pressure to buy this and that and doing charges that I not allowed in my credit card. Not 24 hours yet and I tried to cancel the charges and they just doesn’t wanna do it! What a shame for a big company like that!!!

The Onboarding Specialist chatted with you about your original purchases for the $57 Fat Loss Extreme with the Custom Diet Plan and the Burn Evolved 2.0 supplement and offered supplements and another program totaling to over $600 that was agreed to. The payment was processed and the call ended. 

  However, later that day we see on our end that the transaction did not process to completion and you were refunded $641.95. The Onboarding Specialist called back but did not receive a response. If we got any of this wrong, please reach out to us so we can fix it and come to a resolution that we all can agree to.   I tried to place an order for a promotion they were having on their supplements. I then decided to switch bundles in order to receive an additional product to try. I reached out and they were able to cancel my first order no problem and told me to just place another order for the correct bundle. Well I went to do so and was unable. When I reached back out to see why, they said a block was placed on my account. When I asked why they said it was of no fault of my own, but I would have to wait 48 hours or create a new account before I could order. When I asked if they could just please help me place the order since it was their error and I didn’t want to miss out on the promo or create a separate account, they not only refused but were extremely rude and basically were sorry not sorry about it. Up to this point I haven’t had any serious issues with V-Shred. But this put an extremely bad taste in my mouth and I don’t believe we’ll be ordering supplements again. P.S. I also don’t ever write reviews or make complaints, but that’s how rude their customer service representative was, and it needed to be addressed.

  I was skeptical at first about this program, thinking is just another fad going around. Another money making gimmick. The money I have spent on this program has been worth every dime, especially the personalized meal planning. Ally B... she has totally changed my life. I was tired, my brain always foggy, living off coffee. I couldn't understand why I couldn't lose weight. I didn't eat breakfast, didn't eat lunch, and had a modest dinner. People told me I needed to eat something, and when I would eat something for breakfast or lunch, more weight would just pile on. When I received my first month's menu, I started laughing. There was no way I was going to eat so that food without gaining so much weight, but... I had nothing else left to lose. Beginning on day 1, it was a challenge to even finish all the food. But almost immediately, I felt like I had more energy. The days later... I was utterly dumbfounded that I lost 5 pounds, not even doing the exercise portion yet. I didn't even feel the need to go for that cup of coffee (I was drinking over a pot per day). My mind felt clear, my body wasn't aching like it had been, I felt like I had woken up in a new body. My life has totally changed, I feel great, my body has been transforming before my eyes and I still can't believe it. The app does seem like it has a few kinks in it and could use some upgrading to make it more user friendly (difficulty in downloading and printing meals) and it didn't register that I had already completed my metabolic quiz. I also was not able to access the Facebook pages (I don't FB anyways), and the extra program for completing the metabolic quiz wouldn't load (but I also haven't reached out to anyone about fixing it since I have more than enough to do with my basic exercises). I dropped 20 pounds in the first month, eating more food than I ever have in my entire life. Just wanted to let people know that this program is working for me, and it's the best investment I've made towards my health.
