  So far 10/10. No complements on my end, the products do what they are advertised to do and the trainers help you as much as they can. Be honest with them, tell them your goals and they will help make them reality. When it's all said and done I will be where I want to be because of this program and my trainer.

  I had a zoom meeting with a Vshred trainer who went over the 90 coaching program which was priced over $1000. I told him my health history and that as a woman in menopause, I was very skeptical but he convinced me that "carb cycling" would fix my metabolism. Because I was wary of it working - he convinced me to pull the trigger because he said if I didnt lose the 20 pounds in 90 days he would refund my money. He re-stated this several times and assured me I had no risk.
  
  I did the 90 days. I followed all of the workouts, consulted with my trainer, followed the food plan t a T and lost 2 pounds.
  
  So now I am asking for the refund that was promised and am being told that I did not follow the plan (how does he know this) and that because I didn't check the website the last month (didnt know I needed to do that) that they will not refund my money. Mostly all they tried to do was sell me supplements. The trainer sent good workouts (which I faithfully did) and she sent good meal plans which I faithfully followed. I also completed my weekly "check in" emails.
  
  This is a total scam in my opinion. To say there is a 100 percent guaranteed refund if you do not hit your goal and not honor it is just wrong. I would not even be requesting a refund if I had lost 12-15 pounds because that would have meant it was working for me. But to only lose 2 pounds over 90 days does not reflect the promises that were made to me. I say Steer Clear of this company. Also - this is the first negative review I have ever written but it needed to be said,

We take all feedback our clients tell us to heart and use it to improve in every area possible. Regarding your Accelerator program purchase, due to the custom nature of these programs, purchase is non-refundable. If you have fully participated in the program, the trainer has verified your participation, and you did not lose any weight after the full 90 day program, we can issue a refund. However after further investigation into your account and reviewing discussions with your trainer, our trainer Manager Benny has explained via email we cannot offer a refund for your purchase. He then offered a new trainer and a new plan for you as a courtesy from us to start again with full commitment and get better results which we have not received a response to yet. Please know we are here for you and would love to further assist you on your fitness journey!

  Charged me for 9 items instead of the 3 I ordered. Contacted customer service and sent back 6 unopened units in accordance with their shipping return policy using the label they provided. Never received a refund on the items that were over charged to me and shipped with my order. No response emails have been received since shipping the items back and reaching out to them. All I wanted was a refund on what I did not order. This is not the way to run a business.

  After posting here on the BBB page, I had my refund issued within 72hrs. I hate that I had to go this route to get it, but I'm glad VShred finally issued one. I'd like to thank Michael at VShred for the assistance as well as the BBB.

  I upgraded to work with a coach on nutrition and training, and Coach Giavanna has been great. I received custom nutrition and training plans from her based on my goals. She was responsive to my questions and provided unending support and cheering. Goal was to lose 8-10 pounds and to tone, and nearly 3 months later I have lost 8 lbs. with noticeable toning. Most importantly, the nutrition planning and continued access to workouts make it easy for this program to become a lifestyle change. That's the best part!

  Hi! My name is *** and I would like to let you know I absolutely love my coach, Edin ******* I've been on the VSHRED customized plan for about 2 months now! I am down almost 15# and I can honestly say I love this program! Not only is it easy to do without feeling hungry and feeling like you have no energy etc but I have my coach who has been there for me day in and day out! She was there to get me started on the program and taught me how to navigate the app. She also is always available to answer any questions I may have about my diet plan, swapping items/meals so I can enjoy them more, my exercises, or even to just talk to me! She picks me up when I am down or have had a bad day due to stress or eating out or anything and is the nicest, most encouraging person! I absolutely love her! She knows from my beginning questionaire that I've had neck surgery and have daily pain so I have to exercise accordingly. She has helped me and encouraged me on weeks when I only get a couple exercise days in but she understands and is so happy when I do it and I try to build on it each time! She has been there to help make my meal plan enjoyable and remove items I don't like! Id like to tell folks who are just starting or thinking about it to dive in and dont fret the small stuff! VSHRED and the coaches will help you! I have never been a healthy food eater and I absolutely love candy and sweets but on this program I do not even crave sweets and I have been eating healthier than I have my entire life! Actually my family have been shocked watching me change my life! I May not be able to do as much exercising as I'd like and I may fail with my diet on days but I have not wanted to give up! I feel so much better overall already in 2 months and alot of the credit goes to Esin as my coach and her excitement and passion ** help me succeed! ❤ï��

  I'm currently going into my 4th month of VShred and I love this program. I have dieted before, keto mostly. This is the diet and life style to live by. My trainer Giavanna is absolutely amazing! She responds promptly and never disappoints with an AMAZING meal plan.
  Panacakes, rice, potatoes and BREAD. I was so surprised to find all the foods I thought would be excluded aren't off the table. Including desserts. Meals that not only are incredibly delicious but super easy and quick. As a mama of 3 I NEED this. The support is phenomenal. The workouts are challenging but a great fit. I've never felt stronger and more sure of something that I can really stick to. Even if I indulge or have a few cheat days I'm never made to feel like I've failed but am always reminded of how amazing I'm doing. This plan has changed my relationship with food. I don't plan on stopping anytime soon if ever.
  
  The only negative I'd put in is the app can get very glitchy but the tech support team and staff are pretty responsive and eventually get things back to working smoothly.

  I'm a 51 year old woman. Never had trouble loosing weight. Have always been thin. Then I turned 50, menopause and the wonderful things that go along with aging made me gain 20 pounds. And I couldn't loose it no matter what I did. I joined Vshred Female Fat Lose extreme with a personal meal plan. I'm 4 weeks into it lost 5 pounds so far. Feel great and love being on this program. Having fun and my trainer Nathan B is fantastic! If you are feeling tired, sluggish. Uncomfortable. Try this program. It helped me.

  I have been on VShred for a year and a half. I love it. My trainer provides me with a workout plan and a menu. He listens to me and we adjust my plan where needed. The workouts are challenging, but they are supposed to be. The workouts keep my body guessing and help to get it in the best shape it has ever been in. The food is AMAZING! I will never buy sloppy joes out of a can anymore. Yes, you read that correctly Sloppy Joes. The food & recipes I am given have helped me and my family eat better and purchase less processed foods which is so much healthier for you. The risotto recipe is to die for and the list goes on and on. My trainer encourages me and listens to me. Each email is responded to with care and even when I have a bad week he encourages me to start again. Everyone has a bad day and needs to have ice cream or junk food. Just pick up where you left off the next day. Make better choices. The exercise is a grand total of 30 minutes a day Monday through Friday. I can do anything for 30 minutes a day. This mantra gets me to workout everyday. This is the best program I have found and have stuck with for so long with no plans of going anywhere. I love this program!

  I am in M1D22 of the FLE programme and already able to see and feel the difference! I wasn't sure about my timing as I started same day that I started summer vacation.
  But it turned out to be the first vacation ever that I lost weight in stead of gaining😄💪, and I had enough time to learning my mealplan.
  I follow FLE training programme, and feel stronger each week!
  My trainer Jake gives quick respons to my report and questions, and I really like his reflections in the online group sessions!
