  Signed up. They charged me. Never received an email with program information. Never received anything for the ****** ******** I paid. Can't call for support as the phone number is just an automated message telling you to email them. When you email them still no response. Can't get your money back if you can't even contact them!! Just a bad way to do business! 0 stars if I could give it!

  I'm starting month #2 and I have lost 10 pounds at the moment. My coach ************** is fantastic and really quick to respond to my emails. She is motivating and really interested to knowing my lifestyle and adapt the whole thing to it. I will continue this journey with her for sure! I'm just a little bit disappointed that I cannot receive the Burn Evolved supplement here in ****** because of a particular ingredient that is not allowed here. But the support team reached out and offered me an exchange or a refund. I will start using these and see how it'll help me. I'm also using the female fat lost extreme and enjoying the 20 minutes at-home workouts are perfect for me. Overall really satisfied with this for the Price.

  V shred has been instrumental in helping me to understand my metabolism. My Coach, ******************** has been a steady advocate for my journey with V shred and has helped navigate the process with carb cycling and training as well as the best supplements to support me through the program. We adjusted my plan when it was the best time to do so, and I'm back in the mode of gaining a healthy weight and physique. I highly reccomend the Accelerator + program.

  I had seen negative reviews of VShred customer service and was concerned when a charge appeared on my account for something I did not intend to order. I am not an active customer of **********************, so there was no financial reason for them to be immediately responsive. However, they indeed were, and reversed the charge immediately upon my reporting it. The only logical conclusion is that they intended to stand by their promise of excellent customer service.

  The nutrition and training programs are excellent. I have done many programs and found this to be the most realistic program to change a lifestyle. I do not feel deprived and have things I love, such as dark chocolate and bananas. My last program only allowed berries for fruit.
  
  I do the custom meal plan. It is very reasonable at $50/month. My current trainer, Konstantinos, is fantastic. The first one I had was mediocre at best. I was a personal trainer and know from being in the industry there are good ones and not-so-good ones. I was going to cancel and forgot to stop my monthly payment. Konstantinos reached out, and I am glad I did not cancel. He has motivated me to work through the weak moments and keep going. He is very responsive, reads the check-ins in detail, and responds to what I wrote. I am not sure the first did that. I cannot say enough good things about him! You just have to find the right one.

  I am starting week 3 of the program and my trainer Delany has gotten back to me anytime I have reached out. She has answered all my questions and got me started even though I was totally overwhelmed at first. She has given me useful suggestions and checked in each week. I am seeing results and cant wait to see how far this can go.

  I am very disappointed with the program. V Shred I think is more interested in pushing their products on you, than your actual weight loss Journey. They assure you in multiple steps that this is a 100% money-back guarantee and then they put stipulations on things. So, you can get a refund to the program, but no refund for a diet plan that you don't even end up using. Then on top of that most of the links they were sending me just took me to pages of code and the workout videos were not of good quality, it kept freezing. Idk maybe I am being picky but If I pay for a whole weight loss program for help, I just expected more than I got for over $150. I wouldn't recommend this program. They seem like they know what they're talking about when it comes to body type (which was true) It was not worth the money spent. They are well-intentioned I believe but not enough to back it up.

  If I could give Vshred 0 stars I completely would. Where to start? I've been lied to from the get go. quoting me one price and forgetting to mention additional fees. Who charges $100 for running your card? EVERY TIME!! I was given an expectation and they've failed to meet it. I reached out and asked for cancellation and refund due to the first time not meeting my expectations, I had a manager reach out, everything seem good and I was assigned a new trainer, and I thought things were going good. My new trainer never checked in! Once I reached out again to request cancellation due to no follow-up through (which is why I paid almost $2000 to begin with, ACCOUNTABILITY) the trainer said "My emails must have gone to your spam folder". I asked for him to forward me the emails with dates and time stamps, and to my surprise? HE COULDN'T of course. His manager said "There are no satisfaction refunds, results only" well what do you plan on basing my results on if there were no check-ins or check-ups? I've reached out to the person who signed me up, ERIKA URBINA, funny.....NO REPLIES! But when I was "considering" making the purchase she was very engaged. My New Trainer is Timothy Satteson (the one who thinks I was born yesterday and stated his check-in emails probably went to spam). And his Manager, Benny Satteson is the one pretty much telling me I'm SOL. Funny they have the same last name, maybe they're related. Anyways, this has been a complete nightmare and I'm 100% frustrated and this situation has my anxiety through the rough!! I've now taken this situation to social media, tagging SculptNation, VShred, and Vince Sant, hoping SOMEONE can make this right!!! I was advised to turn to BBB. I don't want to be that person but I am losing my mind. $2000!!!!!!!!! This is completely insane. I should've trusted my gut and never purchased this Accelerator Plan, I 100% regret it and I will NO LONGER be buying supplements from them, which last purchase was almost $350! Customer Lost!

  I appreciate you reaching out on this, but the only way to make it right at this time, is to have your Payment Team collaborate with my financial institution and refund me my money. I am not interested in starting a 90 day plan over with a new trainer, I didn't drop the ball here, 2 of your trainers did as well as one of *************. I never completed a 90 day program, therefore, there are no results and should comply with your guidelines for a refund. Make this right. Otherwise please have someone reach out to me via phone (not the trainers) so I can explain with details all of the issues I experienced.

  Great one on one personal support. Trainer is always willing to listen to my feedback particularly my dislikes & change things up. The food on my plan is delicious. I don't feel like I'm depriving myself of anything. Most importantly I'm seeing results.
