  I am having an amazing experience with my coach Victoria. I am in Week 3 of Month 1, so I really just got started; however, she is always quick to respond and very encouraging. I love this program. That is not saying it isn't difficult at times, but I can see the work Victoria put into my meal plan and workout plan to not only make it doable for me but enjoyable. I have tried lots and lots and LOTS of diets and I never make it through them because I feel like I am eating bland chicken and broccoli for the rest of my life and that just isn't realistic nor fun. Victoria has helped me start the process of learning how to eat things that actually make me feel like I am not on a diet. I am so happy I chose to take this step in my life. 1000% worth every penny.

  I just started with VShred and Coach Delaney 3 weeks ago and I cannot say enough good things about Delaney and the Program! She has adjusted my meal plan a couple of times to my needs/likes and has been so encouraging throughout the program so far! I'm loving the 90 Day program and looking forward to getting back in shape!

  I had an amazing experience with coach Jenny. She was always so informative in my meal plans and listened to the things I wanted to add into my diet. I was able to learn so much from the meal preps. The work outs was also amazing results and helped me target the parts of my body I most wanted to improve. I have no longer a personal coach anymore but with the knowledge I received can continue my journey.

  My coach, Brianna D., has been wonderful and so responsive to my needs, guiding me and supporting me like a cheerleader. I feel that she cares about my journey to health and wellness. It's about so much more than weight loss for me, it's maintaining health and good bone density post menopause.
  
  Brianna has been super responsive, and has switched things out and offered me other options in both the meal plan and the work out plan.
  
  All I know is that in the month that we've been working together, I have lost a few pounds, but my body is beginning to change. Clothes fit. Compliments abound. I have energy and I'm in a much better place mentally. I'm taking charge of my health and I have a great coach and an entire community of ladies who journey with me. Thank you!

  I'm just finishing my first 90 day program of Fat Loss Extreme coupled with a custom diet plan. I can't say enough about this program and the great coaches!! I'm 52 and have gotten rid of 25 lbs in my first 90 days even with a month long vacation in the middle of it. A HUGE thanks to Tihana for the first 90 days!! I'm on my 4th custom diet plan and they are WELL worth the cost for us. I am in better shape than I have EVER been! I was in the military for 11 years, but didn't eat well then. Looking forward to continuing my wellness journey with VShred and my new coach Adrian! Let's get shredding!!

  Alexis M. is my monthly diet planner and she is amazing! She listens to all my feedback, responds quickly to any questions I may have, provides substitutions if I don't like something, and is extremely encouraging! The at home workouts are great and work well with my schedule. It definitely takes less time out of the day to complete the at home workouts rather than driving back and forth to the gym. I started at 167lbs and am currently at 149lbs. I have followed the meal plans and FLE, but have also had days that I certainly did not follow it (weekends away, hanging with friends, etc.). Thank you, Alexis!! I wouldn't have accomplished what I have without you! :)

  A big thank you to my personal trainer Justin for all of his work on my meal plan and motivation to keep going! Unfortunately for personal reasons I was unable to use the program to its fullest to benefit me but when the time is right I will definitely be coming back to V Shred and nowhere else as I see the benefits are clearly excellent! Just in the limited amount they I was able to use this program I saw quick results in losing a few pounds just in diet without being able to do the exercise aspect. That part will come when I'm ready! Dave.

  As soon as I signed up, I started getting hit with a constant stream of emails trying to sell me more and more. This aggravated me, so I immediately requested a full refund the same day I joined. First I was told I couldn't get a full refund because the "trainer" had already started working on my plan. I also requested the supplements I ordered not be sent, and to please refund the 95 dollars I paid for them. I was assured my money would be refunded and the supplements would not get sent. Three days later I got the supplements, three MONTHS later I still haven't received the 95 dollar refund. Too tired to even argue with these folks. They got a nice 'donation' from me, but they sure won't get any more. When people say you will be refunded, you should just be refunded. Just another scam machine trying to take advantage of people who are struggling.

  We apologize for the inconvenience experienced. As the supplements have already been delivered, you do not need to return them. Feel free to dispose of them how you wish. As for your Custom Diet Plan refund, we sincerely do apologize that it has not been refunded. The refund has been processed now and it should reflect on your online credit card statement within the next 5 -10 business days, and on your paper statement at the end of the current billing cycle. (Please check with your credit card company for clarification if needed.) We have also sent an email with the confirmation. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.
