On 8/31/22 I had signed on with Vshred, paying over $3000. After watching Vince's videos with a heavy emphasis on buying supplements with the program I knew that this was not the program for me. I have significant GI issues that I need to see a Physician for. As I explained to Chad, Shelby and Tim. I tried to text Chad on 9/7/22 with no response. I reached out to Rachael who then sent it to Tim. During this time I have not downloaded the company's diet plan or any of their trade secrets. Explaining I would just like a refund and go back to my physician here in Charlotte. Tim has refused to refund due to being outside of the 72 hour time frame. Due to the weekend and Monday being a holiday I contacted them to late. I'm extremely disappointed and unhappy with how this transaction has been handled. Vshred has scammed me out of $3000. Buyer Beware. They are very clever in the fine print on how they do business. Are they right, in their minds to take from people probably so but is it the right thing to do absolutely not!!!

We offered to work with your doctor, as well as offering to extend your plan as a courtesy. Regarding the supplements, while we recommend the use of supplements in conjunction with your dietary plan and workout regime, it is not a requirement for success with the program! As mentioned before, due to the custom nature of these products, purchases are non-refundable. Our trainers invest extensive time creating a unique to you program; this process begins at sign up. If you have fully participated in the program, the trainer has verified your participation, and you did not lose any weight after the full 90 day program, you will be eligible for a refund or other benefits to ensure you meet your goals. VShred coaches will adjust your program to fit your medical needs and lifestyle. Your trainer has offered a zoom call to get started and adjust your program to fit your specific needs as well as your success coordinator. Our trainers are not medical physicians, which is stated in our terms of service. However, they are highly trained fitness coaches who can work alongside medical professionals to help reach your goals!Katie C

In response to Vshred. I have been the medical field for 39 yr. as a Registered CT/MRI Tech. What first interested in Vshred was their diet called Carb-Cycling. I had not heard of that before. When I signed on I was told that a Trainer/Coach would Call me and setup a custom diet-exercise program for me. That has Not happened to this day. I know how important it is to get medical history on someone, I have received an email of a random diet, nothing custom. I have GI issues and cannot eat certain foods or supplements. For the 72-hour time-frame they don't say when that starts. Maybe after you receive a custom plan? Does Vshred have any licensed medical personal on staff? I think not. Their videos and advice are not in accordance too the Medical profession. I have no confidence in this program as a long-term solution. I would like a refund so I can seek a Physician that knows how to help me.
I would not sign a HIPPA release to a random stranger with no medical background.Review fromMary W

On week two and really liking the program. My trainer, Cortney H. is great! She checks in with me regularly to see how I am progressing and offers words of encouragement. Cortney is very responsive to any questions I have. Excited to have her as my coach for the EFL program and nutrition plan.V Shred, LLC

My wife and I are doing the V Shred home workout together and loving it! The 18 minute format works fabulous for our busy lifestyle. I never thought a workout this quick could produce results but both of us are feeling and seeing the difference! I have to admit though I am stiff in places I didn't know I had but other than that we are thoroughly enjoying the workouts. ThanksV Shred, LLC

I love VShred! The programs are sound and produce results. There are many options to choose from for different goals and levels of experience. It is not a one size fits all type of program. They coached me in nutrition and exercise that was tailored for me. Their supplements WORK! Lost 20lbs and have kept it off by consistently using their recipies, nutritional principles, and workout programs. My coach was responsive to my needs and requests as well as positive and supportive. I have and will continue to recommend VShred to all who have asked about my change in fitness.V Shred, LLC

This program has been the best! My trainer Kayden is awesome and answers any questions I have in a very timely manner. He customizes my meals to what I like. I have lost 13lbs so far. Learning how to eat right was the best thing that could have done for myself and my health. I also take the turmeric supplements and that has helped tremendously in my weight loss journey. I don't have a gym membership so I do the at home work out with Vince and I can see the inches melting away. I was always very skeptical with programs but this one truly works. I am giving 4 Stars because nothing and nobody is perfect! However, it's the strongest, most solid 4 that I can stand on because of how it's impacted me.
My coach, Ashley B has been encouraging and understanding of my start and stop and start again, which was related to the ongoing rehabilitation of my back and my reliance on a good food and nutrient/supplement program rather than movement in order to burn and lose any body fat.
She created my first custom menu in April 2022 and I stayed with her until June, when I had to take a hiatus to rehab again and couldn't maintain the accountability with her. I had lost a total of 7 pounds at that point and have kept it off to this day! I realized that it had created a set of good eating habits and guidelines of "thinking" about what I ate and my portions of "everything". I used to be a bad under-eater.
I emailed her and resumed this month, September 2022. With my new custom meal plan, I'm more encouraged than ever to hit my goal weight/body fat loss, by the end of the year.
Kudos also to the supplements!! I am definitely benefitting from the Burn and Burn PM, and the Tumeric Black, that I take daily.
Shout out to Vince's videos that, back in April 2022, my ability to get down on the floor and back up was a cringing, painful experience. This month I am doing my 5th Treadmill 5K. I am back to using cables and tension bands to stretch and strengthen. I am only getting better by the day!
So grateful I hit the sign up button, when I was discourage and felt like I hit the bottom!V Shred, LLC

Probably not the program for me so that said I am trying to work with it. The diet plan is quite elaborate with no obvious reasons for the specific nutrition requirements for each meal. So the substitution bible is good but not sure if it's equivalent to the original plan.
My trainer, Nikolas ***** is helpful and is answering specific questions.
He is very positive and not the use issue in anyway.
Guessing I am the issue and that is probably why I am overweight!
No exercise program or weights..seemingly that was part of it in the early sale video by Vince
If you feel lonely and don't get many emails...take the course. Vince or someone will send you at least 3 emails a day!V Shred, LLC

I've only been using the program for 3 weeks. Haveclist 3 lbs and 4 1/2 overall inches. Love the workouts. My coach has been very responsive and customer service is prompt and friendly. Cant wait to see more results!V Shred, LLC

My coach Nate and V Shred were awesome! I was overweight and hopeless; thinking I would never be able to be active again. My coach provided my diet plans and exercise routine but moreover guided me I whenever I needed it. A year later I had lost almost 40 lbs and won my age group time trial! Did I mention I'm 70?
