  I had been using a competitor company to help me lose weight, but I always struggled with eating the right macros/calories throughout the programs. I saw one of *****'s videos and decided to buy in for my 50th birthday to try something different. What sold me was the custom meal plans. The workouts have videos for each move to explain how to do the moves right and not cheat. This has also been helpful. My coach is very responsive and has catered to my requests for the foods I want to eat during a given month too! I have been on this journey for 2 months and have lost 18 lbs so far! I don't have a lot to lose, just mainly belly fat and it seems like the supplements are helping with that along with my new knowledge of how to help burn that fat quicker. I am totally satisfied with this program and would recommend it. Especially those with a busy lifestyle that would rather be told what to eat for each meal instead of trying to figure it out on your own. Trying to figure out macros with Carb-Cycling would be very difficult, in my mind. Thank you so much and I look forward to my sculpted body here in the near future!

  Love this program and my coach ******************** she is great and really listen's to your story and creates a program that works for you and your body. It's great having the check in process as it keeps you mindful and on track. Of course you can't always be perfect but having the accountability is fantastic.

  I've been having a great experience with my dietician. She has kept in contact with me the entire time making adjustments as needed. The workouts have cut my workout time in half with greater results. I've tried other programs with little results, but with VShred I lost 9 lbs the first month. I would recommend VShred to anyone needing to lose weight.

  VShred really knows what to do to get weight loss to happen. I really enjoy all their coaches! They know the science behind nutrition and how to get your metabolism going! I'm 60 years old and have tried everything to lose weight and I stumbled upon this program and followed exactly what they said to do and I've lost 15 lbs in a month!   I signed up for Vshred through a youtube ad and have not received any of the products or log in. I was promised a 200-something value for $57 and it has not been a day and I still have not received an email or login. I also tried to contact support and the phone number will hang up and I can also not reach them through the support email. I am entirely dissatisfied and was really looking forward to trying out the product and getting in shape. This is truly a letdown, and I have the receipt for payment and even sent a photocopy to the support email. I also am not asking for a refund I just want the products I was promised so I can work on my weight loss journey.

  i am thrilled about every aspect of this program. My goal was to lose 10 pounds per month for 3 months and i have already lost 6 pounds in the first two weeks. I wanted better energy and better sleep patterns and I have achieved that also. The workouts are perfection. They're actually enjoyable and not the least overwhelming. The menu is super easy and all the recipes are very tasty. Already my pants are falling. off. I can't wait to see how I look and feel at a mere 6 weeks.

  I've tried a lot of things to lose weight before. I tried keto, intermittent fasting, long walks, jogging. I couldn't drop a pound. I came across the shred company and decided to give it a try because what I heard made perfect sense to me. I just started weight loss extreme program and after one week I lost 2 pounds. I'm eating more food than I used to and exercise only four times a week for 18 minutes. I would highly recommend it to anybody!

  I am sure all the VShred trainers are great, but, my trainer (Tito A.) must be the best one because I can't imagine getting better. He doesn't give me a hard time about me not taking weekly pictures to watch my body changes. I wasn't ready when I started the program, but I am better now with taking them. He encourages me thru the week. He quickly answers my questions even on the weekend when he doesn't have to be helping me. He keeps encouraging me to stick to both my meal plan and exercises. I'm glad I signed up. I'm on my new month for my vegetarian custom menu we put together. He really took what I would like to have and not have on my nutrition plan. He's a keeper. He even gave me ice cream (healthy version, but I love that he is trying to meet my food cravings.) Thanks Tito A. You know I appreciate you.
