Vshred is amazing! The weight is coming off and it's me getting to still eat yummy foods. Their staff and trainers are so helpful and I'm learning a lot on this journey to a healthier me. I'm in my 40's and I never thought I'd have so much energy. I have energy like when I was back in highschool. The feeling of accomplishment is amazing and the abundance of people who cheer you on is something I never thought possible. Thank you VShred!

I love this program! My trainer ****** is amazing. My custom meal plans are delicious. The workouts are super successful for toning and dropping weight. Ive lost 35lbs, and lots of inches. VSHRED is a game changer for a healthy lifestyle.V Shred, LLC

After gaining 50 pounds and a handful of related health issues I knew I needed help with building an exercise and nutrition plan. I had no idea where to start and am so grateful for finding VShred. They helped identify my body type and what would work best for exercise and nutrition to help me reach my fitness goals. I opted in for the custom nutrition plan so I could learn more about my macros and what kind of foods I should be eating. I didnt think I could eat so often and it be foods I enjoyed and actually loose weight. And the exercise plan works great with my busy schedule and doesnt feel like a chore. Im only a week in and Im down 1 pound and 1 inch in my waist and it has been easy to stick to. They offer a bunch of avenues to help you reach your goals and Im excited for the transition that VShred is helping me to achieve.V Shred, LLC

My Coach **** who is on Vshred has really helped me out. He has motivated me that I can do this. The meals that he planned for me are foods I love nothing strange. My workouts he has me doing are a good challenge. I know this works and I have encouragement with ALL the Vshred coaches. They are all amazing. The classes are great. After about 6 months into the programs I am very happy that I decided to join up! Following a standard program in the beginning, and started to add on additional training as I felt I wanted to - and more importantly; for the first time I was ABLE to! The team of coaches has been extremely supporting and encouraging. Their knowledge on nutrition and training were tailored to my specific needs - and beyond! I am now way leaner with more muscle mass, and most importantly I am so much healthier! I GET to train because they helped me with proper nutrition and workouts - I GET to train because I learned how to properly fuel my body and mind - and I have doubled my calorie intake! Cool,right? Eat more and loose fat! That shift in perspective to view training as a privilege is for me the most important part - I don't HAVE to, but I am healthy enough that I GET to. I absolutely love this program and my trainer! She is so quick to respond and answers all of my questions. She has been there for me when I get down or have an issue. She was amazing to help me make my workouts so I was able to do them and my meal plan so it was something I could do easily.V Shred, LLC

Ok just started in the beginning of my 2nd week lost 2lbs already was confusing at first til I did zoom call ****** put me at ease, I like the fact that I will not have to eat food that I dont like and if I have any questions I just text her This week so far is easier than week 1 .
