I am on my 7th week with this program and already down 27lbs. I wasnt real sure and thought it would be just another weight loss scam. Well its not. The diet plan has good food and that has always been my issue with diets. My trainer **** is the best! He is always there with encouraging words to help me through the tough times.

Great experience with VShred. Signing up was easy and I got my plan right away. My trainer ****** is very positive and always responds to my emails in a timely manner. In my first week I lost 5lbs and Im still loosing using the carb cycling methods which I never knew of. The workouts are great!V Shred, LLC

The V Shred programs and coaches have changed my life. When other programs and diets failed, V Shred has changed the way I think and feel about food and exercise and how it works with my body. I love the custom plans are tailored to my specific needs. I recommend this to anyone who has tried other programs that failed to give them the results that they wanted. VShred is a solid program! The trainers are very knowledgeable, helpful, and always available to answer any questions! The workouts are made to work for you, and if you are willing to put in the time (which really isnt that much), and be open to trying new things, you will get great results. Additionally, if you have any issues with your account, the support team is right there to help you in a jiffy!!V Shred, LLC

Like many people, I've struggled with my weight for most of my life. No matter what I did, the scale always seemed to move in the wrong direction. And, at 64, the weight just seemed harder to lose. I came across V Shred in yet another "I'll try anything to lose weight!" moment and....the products (I like the "Burn" supplement) and the coaching program are really working for me. I'm not quite two weeks in and have already lost almost 10 pounds, have a ton more energy, and am NOT hungry all the time. I told the coach my food likes and dislikes and she put together a great and delicious plan....with more calories per day than I would ever have dared to eat before!V Shred, LLC

Been working with ****** and she did my custom meal plan and workout. I make sure I stick to the meal plan but do make quit a few swaps, and doing all my workouts. Just started taking the supplements and so far so good.*****V Shred, LLC

VShred is there to help you lose weight when you are ready for the next step. You get a specialized menu if you want or it comes with a free guide line. I am just on my 2nd week and it is hard but the meals that my Coach made for me are really good and I am a very, very picky eater.V Shred, LLC

****** is fantastic! I signed up for Vshred. The program was adjusted because I had jaw surgery so they picked food that I could eat that wouldnt impact my food restrictions. Here is the best part. I got Covid about two weeks into the program and was sick for about 6 weeks. ****** worked with me through that. Since the Rona ate into about 6 weeks of the program they gave me and extended package program for an additional 90 days. I havent had a super charged weight loss but the distribution of my weight has definitely changed. I live in ******* and have been affected by ***, One of my business partners and a good friend passed away during the hurricane. ****** told me not to worry about the program and gave me a time out to get situated and process what had happened. While the software platform is a pain sometimes a growing business model can experience technical difficulties once they get that part of the model perfected overall its a great program. I would like to see more education on how to work the program without so many sales pitch bullet points for those who have signed up, the information can be a little long with all the promotional efforts. Short, simple quick videos would be great. I understand the need to add supporting documentation to validate their plans but it can get tedious when you just want a short and sweet to the point tutorial on How too Apart from that I like the program and it is working, the recipes are almost always amazing but that is subjective to what a person likes or dislikes. The recipes I dont care for are removed and you can request meal choice changes or substitutions if something doesnt suit you. I would recommend the program for anyone looking to improve their overall health and shed unwanted weight.V Shred, LLC
