      I am 100% satisfied with this warranty service. I have always been treated more than fair with the handling of each of my claims. The customer service reps are knowledgeable and willing to update and share information relative to me understanding each claim and coverages. The company seems more concerned about making sure coverages are honored; and they do it very courteously. This is the best expense I could have purchased for my car's extended warranty. I have no regrets with this company (Servicecontract) and will use them as long as I am offered the service!

      I would recommend this company my personal experience with **** was fantastic it was a bit difficult start but once I was able to speak to my claims specialist things began to move very smoothly they were able to get my car fixed with very little out of pocket on my end. There was a little miscommunication in the beginning but I was able to speak to a few different individuals who were very helpful and as I said **** my claims specialist was not only kind and genuinely caring he got things done. So I would definitely recommend DOWC if you are looking for an after market warranty company.

      I just had a great experience with DOWC. My contract representative ****** was very helpful in resolving my claim. Back Story: My car had an issue less than a month from when I bought it so originally it would not have been covered, so I had to call the dealership to resolve the warranty claim. They contacted DOWC and got everything approved, but it was taking a long while for my garage to get in contact with DOWC, to ensure it was approved and would get paid. So I decided to call myself and spoke with ******, I explained the odd situation. ****** immediately understood what was going on and contacted the payments department and resolved the payment issue within minutes! ******** commitment to resolving my issue as quickly as possible, along with his constant contact with me, telling me everything that he was doing and what was going on during the process.Very happy with this business and the service they provided.

      I was going back and forth with the dealership and nothing was getting done to fix my car. The warranty had originally denied the claim so I called myself. I explained my situation and he politely explained why it was denied. Fast forward, I get a call a couple days later from **********. Not only did he speak to the right department on my behalf, I got my claim approved and then some. He was super helpful and I never asked for it. Really was an answered prayer. Very kind people and I would reccomend them.
