      **** helped me when I lost the key fob to my car. They found a dealership near me and made the process easy by having the dealership call them while I was waiting there. DOWC approved my $500 key fob claim with no deductible. I highly recommend them.

      DOWC was excellent with my lost key claim. They walked me through the process and were easy to connect with for solving the issue. ***** at DOWC went the extra mile to ensure I got the full limited liability of $800. I recommend DOWC.

      I didn't contact DOWC before towing. But they helped me out by reimbursing part of the amount even when I didn't take service from their network.The agent that helped me was ****************, I was not hoping to get any amount reimbursed, but he gave me a significant part of my bill back.He was patient and understood my situation, answered all my questions and helped me understand. He also shared me details of the services in their network for my future use.

      DOWC has been helpful with filing myclaim. They answered the phone every time I called in less than a minute. Hopefully the claim will be approved Quickly. ****** was great . all representatives I talked to were great.

      Dealing with DOWC has been one of the most frustrating and unpleasant experiences of my life. When I bought my Elantra in September of 2020 the dealer sold me a powertrain warranty that was supposed to cover 120 months or ******* miles. ***** were about ****** miles on the car.When the car broke down in April of 2024, there were ****** miles on it. I contacted DOWC to see if they would honor the warranty. I could tell from the unfriendly man who took my first call that they would do their best not to.I live in the ********* area. The car broke down in ************. I could have had it fixed immediately and been on my way, but I naively hoped DOWC would honor the warranty. They demanded receipts and details of all the maintenance Id had done on the car over the past several years. I sent them what I had, and waited.After over two weeks with no word from DOWC, I told the dealer to do the work. I couldnt wait any longer. The morning they were about to proceed, the dealer received a voicemail from the warranty company saying that they would not cover the repairs. No explanation given.When I called and asked why, the man who answered the phone was irritable and defensive. He told me I had not followed the manufacturers maintenance schedule to their satisfaction. I asked if I could have the explanation in writing. He said I would receive an explanation by email within 24 hours.That was over a week ago. Im still waiting.All told this was a miserable experience. You are at their mercy. If they dont want to pay (and they dont), you have little recourse other than to wait a long time and then accept their decision. Do not expect them to help you in any way, or to even do something as simple as send an email that they promised to send. Because they don't care about you.

      DOWC Administration Services, LLC (DOWC) serves as administrator of vehicle service contracts and other products offered by motor vehicle dealers in connection with the sale of new and used vehicles. As such, DOWC processes claims and provides other administrative services in connection with such products. On September 15, 2020, the Selling Dealer provided the Customer with Limited ****************** No. ********* (Contract) for the Customers 2017 ******* Elantra SE on September 15, 2020, and accepted the terms of the Contract. Please see a true and accurate copy of the Contract attached. On or about March 22, 2024, the Vehicle was towed to the Repair Facility (RF) after the Vehicle was hardly running. The Customer submitted a claim to DOWC for coverage under the Contract stating there was a knocking noise, and the Vehicle was wanting to stall. On behalf of the Selling Dealer (the obligor for payment on the Contract), DOWC requested an inspection of the vehicle due to the cost of the repair. However, prior to DOWCs inspection, the Customer authorized, and the Repair Facility performed the repair. Thus, the Selling Dealer was deprived of its contractual right to inspect the vehicle and the alleged breakdown prior to any repair.Further, DOWC informed the Customer that he needed to provide maintenance records for the Vehicle. The Customer provided verified maintenance records for two oil changes dated March 17, 2023, and March 18, 2024. Pursuant to the ********* ************ Warranty does not cover, provides no benefits or payment for, and warrantor has no obligation under the terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty for the following: 9. For a breakdown if your maintenance obligations under this Limited Warranty have not been satisfied and/or maintenance as recommended by the manufacturer has not been performed or for a breakdown caused by abuse, misuse, tampering, alterations, or making improper adjustments or lack of customary maintenance as recommended by the manufacturers maintenance schedule for your vehicle. (See ********* p. 3) The maintenance records provided by the Customer demonstrated that maintenance was not performed in accordance with the factory maintenance schedule. As such, the claim was denied. DOWC processed and administered the claim based on the records provided by the Customer and the clear unambiguous terms of the Contract.       DOWC What can I say is **** customer service and patience at DOWC is unbelievable I had gotten this contract through a dealership were I purchased my vehicle and didnt quite understand all of the details, **** went above and beyond to explain your contract what comes with the contract he explains how to submit your claims and explain procedures to follow. He is a very good listener he takes the time to make sure he understands the details of your situation. I have no regrets purchasing this warranty service it is 100% good service to have Thank you **** for wonderful customer service and **** for reaching out to communicate with me either by phone or email!
