      DOWC has provided extended warranty on my 2013 ****** Altima since I purchased it September 2018, 6 1/2 years. They have approved numerous claims allowing me to keep my vehicle on the Road. Then it happened, a claim was denied. Very alarming and I was forced to use credit to cover the cost of repairs needed. I made multiple calls to DWOC stating my entitlement to the claim being covered. Then it happened, a representative ask me for time to look closely into the matter he called and I was awarded the claim amount. I will refer DOWC every time someone speaks of extended warranty needs.

      I am a first time customer with DOWCc and I experienced prompt, excellent service and professionalism. The claim process was simple and straightforward. My dealership did all of the technical communication and my only task was to verbally verify to DOWC the business location where the work was being completed. This was an impressively positive experience. ****** was polite, informative, and professional.

      Ive never had an extended warranty before and I called this company after joining them and they walked me through the process so easily. Extremely easy to understand. I feel like my contract is a really good one. I got a level four. I put in one claim already and they paid it the same day. Im as happy as a lark.
