Smh Im not even going to stress about the $270 that I had to pay out of pocket for My started went out in my truck I called these people to see if the warranty covered the item I was told that it was and was given a claim # as well as #s and addresses to auto shops I was able to have my truck be sent to a shop and low and behold everyone spoke nothing but Spanish I told the guy when I called before going that I had a warranty to get it fixed I waited 3hrs for him to arrive and when he did he went straight to my truck put a whole new starter on it and then asked how was I going to pay smh With him not calling the warranty company I ended up paying out of pocket and now Im getting the run around with this fuked up a** company **************** is trash and they all can go to h*** I mean if you dont like ur job how bout u just say that . On May 10 I started to experience problems with my vehicle. I dropped it off at the dealer. **** refused to allow the vehicle to be fixed at *** and I was forced to pay a diagnostic fee. They had me tow the vehicle to Prestige Auto which rejected my vehicle and did not do work for ****. I then was forced to tow my vehicle for a 2nd time to Rally Collision. I was assured that using their preferred service center would be more to my liking as they would honor the labor rate on the contract. That was no true. Today 17 business days, I still have no vehicle, have not been offered a rental, was forced to tow 2 times and there is no end in site. Being without a car for 3+ weeks and still having to pay out of pocket for the difference in labor is a total embarrassment. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT BUY A **** WARRANTY. I have spoke to at least a dozen employees which all try to help and all say the same. There is nothing they can do.DOWC Provider Services, LLC

As the administered *** of ******* Provider Services **** who services their ********** customers; this organization and their employees are deplorable and should not be allowed to offer their contracts anywhere in *****************. We as consumers deserve better.I purchased my vehicle from ************ in *********, ** in April of 2022 and paid $4000 additional dollars to cover for any unexpected car repairs later to be declined accusing me of having the wrong coolant color although the coolant goes by formula not color. *** advised that my oil housing unit cracking and seized my engine thats it. APS sighting me for being negligent and not servicing my vehicle on time until I sent in all 6 of the services receipt to my vehicle, that had never been requested from them prior to.I appealed the initial denial; and was then told that the engine and oil filter housing suffered from an excessive overheating condition, due to continued operation in a failed state. These are all false narratives as first of all my vehicle gave no warnings indicators nor clues that it was about to malfunction, It completely slowed down, I pulled over as safely as possible in the black dark fearing for my safety and had my vehicle towed. The same person that initially denied the claim is the same person who denied the appeal and they are now just wanting me to go away. I have made multiple calls to resolve my issue no manager has called back nor have I been provided with any escalation process from their all male frontline employees.I am extremely disappointed, disgusted, and dissatisfied with this Business. I work 140 hrs bi-weekly and need my car repaired. It has been analyzed by the dealer and later towed to a mechanic of their choice and neither *** nor their Mechanic could agree with their reason of denial; but of course can not get involved. The dealer and their mechanic agree that it was wear and tear. Buyers Please Beware!!! I feel like I have been Scammed and am hurt!DOWC Provider Services, LLC

As the customer explained, this review is for a different company, Assured Provider Services, Inc. and therefore, should be removed from the BBB profile for DOWC Provider Services, LLC (“DOWC”). DOWC has searched its records and can confirm that it does not have a contract with this customer.Lorelei O.

I am made sickened every time I have to read another form of manipulation from DOWC and Assured Provider Services **** Not only do these two companies share the same address, and phone number; Every email that I have received from their claims analysts includes in the signature portion of the letter either ******** and in the denial letter reads **** Administration Services LLC. Every email domain name ends in @******** and for both companies you are asked to submit your reimbursements to ******************* How are they not affiliated? The officers of both companies are definitely affiliated and wear the same last name and they both have PO boxes that are only one digit off from the other one. The claim adjuster clled me from a 973 area code, and the sales person that works directly with the dealer in which I purchased my car also have a direct 973 area code which belongs to **********. Neither one of these Businesses appears to have been around long and under the acronym VSC (vehicle service contract) They admit that they are one in the same company. I did not come to the BBB forum to study and try and figure out who these scammers are, I came to have my issue resolved! I work too hard for my money and I am appalled that companies as these are out here trying to breech their contracts on the backs of the ******** people. I have also noticed that the individuals who have rated them with high stars have not shared their direct issues as we who have really been burned. Buyers Should Definitely Beware!!! Still waiting on a phone call from the ********************** to resolve my issue because what I am not going to do is go away. Its been over a week since I was last promised a callback. I wish we could provide direct names of the individuals and their unwillingness to assist. But for now I will continue to try and prevent any more consumers from being Scammed by this company and their many affiliatesReview fromHoward K

**** is apparently stonewalling providing authorization to my dealership for repair of items clearly covered under the terms of my contract. After all service records, photos of the problems, indipendent adjuster's evaluation, and multiple calls from the dealership service manager, no action has been taken, either denial of the claim, or authorization. It's been two weeks of getting the runaround, with a different excuse provided with each contact. And no clue given as to when this situation will be resolved.DOWC Provider Services, LLC

**** Administrative Services ("****") is the administrator of the *************** Contract for the Dealer/Provider. The consumer's repair claim was filed on March 29 and required an inspection from an independent automotive expert due to the extent of the repairs. Once the report was obtained, ****, as administrator, approved 4 out of 5 repairs on April 10. An issue arose over coverage for the fifth repair. After reconsideration, **** approved the claim for repair on April 12. Contrary to the Customer's "stonewalling" complaint, **** received, analyzed and approved the claim as quickly as possible.Review fromMisty D

This warranty company is very shady and very unprofessional. I had so many problems with ********. He said he owned the company and would not let me speak to his boss. He also said he would not reimburse me because I told him that I was going to leave a bad review and report them to the BBB. I highly recommend Not doing business with themReview fromJahmelia T

We just bought a new **** and the dealer offered **** 84 month extended coverage for about $3000.00. He said that it would cover everything except oil and tires. Plus if after 84 months and we don't use it, we would be given the full amount back in **** credit. Now reading some of these reviews, I am more skeptical and suspicious of ****.Review fromRay O.

I had a pleasant experience with **** warranty. The customer service person and the claims analyst (***) were very helpful in answering my questions and getting my claim processed. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good extended warranty company.Review fromGalen N

Do not purchase this warranty. It is not worth it. I purchased the warranty through the dealership when I bought my new vehicle. I took the vehicle to the same dealership where I purchased the vehicle and extended warranty for maintenance and found out a needed a repair (new engine mount). I called DOWC to get it pre-approved. They said it was covered as long as the service center verified there was nothing i did to cause the issue. The service center called DOWC and confirmed. When I picked up the vehicle the service center advised that DOWC now refused to cover the full amount because there was a discrepancy over the labor costs, and I would need to pay $650 out of pocket. The service center said that they tried to negotiate with DOWC, but they refused to pay because they go by a fixed matrix for labor. The service center said that DOWC was using an outdated labor matrix. I called DOWC to complain and ask for re-consideration and they basically told me that dealer service centers are always overpriced and I should have taken it somewhere cheaper. They also confirmed that they will only approve fixed labor rates, which I could not find in the contract. Maybe somewhere in the fine print. It also seems strange that they would recommend service the vehicle at a center other than the dealership (where I purchased the vehicle and extended warranty) because it is cheaper. Will not buy again, at least with DOWC.
