I live in a smaller town outside of a larger town and there are no companies that will do business with service plus. They tell you that they give you authorization to hire any company you want to and then they take eight weeks to refund your portion of the money and I am supposed to have a $60 flat fee that does not apply when they do not have their authorized people in your town and you hire your own then they make you pay half of the bill *** wait eight weeks to get the other portion back. I would never do business with this company again I do not recommend this company to anybody. I shouldve done more research before I paid them a dime.ServicePlus Home Warranty

Due to limited availability of participating vendors and to not delay service, reimbursement was offered. Reimbursement is where the consumer contacts a local vendor to come out and diagnose the failure. The consumers vendor must contact SPHW prior to any repairs to report the failure, parts & pricing. If determined to be an approved failure, a reimbursement check is sent upon receiving a copy of the paid receipt.The paid receipt was received on 3/18/2024. Checks are processed within ***** business days. Put in a order February 2024, and had a plumber come out ; under them. Next can Service Plus with the out come, and found out, my claim, was not accept, to get repair, due to cost.I am dropping them, I think today.ServicePlus Home Warranty

As per the policy's Section VII-D, failures due to rust/corrosion are considered non-covered conditions.In an effort to assist the consumer despite the non-covered condition, we offered a goodwill gesture of $200.00, which the consumer accepted on 3/29/2024. We expedited and mailed the check on 4/3/2024.We understand the importance of providing support to our customers, even in instances where coverage may not apply, and we are committed to upholding our founding ideals of providing industry-leading home warranty products and exceptional services. Please dont get this service!!! They deduct your money from your account every month, but when you file a claim you dont hear back from anyone text email nor phone call. And then when you call they says they have no one in the area or its not covered without even sending a technician to see what the problem is . Stay away from this company!!! Im trying to cancel the warranty .. and they wont allow me to saying the warranty renewed itself without my permission.. I spoke with some one last month . Which was February . And he told me just cancel in march . Its 3 days past my payment date and he wont allow me to cancel I offered to pay the month if he would cancel the policy and he said pay it or he would send it to collections . And also I could try to cancel at the end of the month .. I feel like Im being strong armed . And I know if I pay march hes gonna say Im accountable for the whole year of 2024. ***************** Warranty is not a reputable company! Service Plus's technician recommended a/c replacement and quoted $4,000 for inferior equipment vs $6,695 for comparable equipment. Service Plus used delaying tactics and paid $290! My lawyer filed two demand letters, which were ignored!ServicePlus Home Warranty

One of the worst companies I ever had. Trying to cancel them, but they are determined to decline, they told me I cant cancel my policy, I am disputing it as of now. Will get AHS home insurance next.
