We took over the contract when buying our current house. The worst company to deal with. They are never finding a company within their network and are very unfriendly when you try to find out why and then they are not reimbursing the work. They are trying to get out of any claim they can.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Poor customer service, and they don't contact contractors. I had an AC failure in the hottest week last summer. They couldn't find a contractor for over a week. I had one the same day I called to get it repaired. They refused to cover anything and then stopped returning my calls.I'd give them less than 1 star if possible. AND they keep calling me to get me to buy another warranty after I have repeatedly told them to stop contacting me. They are a joke company.

This is WORST service for home warranty I picked. I paid for 4 years for premium warrant which essentially covers everything fully. In last 2 year I raised 2 claims and both were rejected saying these items are not covered. This is a FRAUD company. Absolutely say NO to this HOME Warranty. If you get this, you will feel cheated for sure when you need them.

I opened a claim on 12/26/23 for a small plumbing leak claim # 790920. For the 2nd claim in a row as of Feb5 2024 there has been no progress. This company delays, does not respond or simply runs customers around until you have to go elsewhere to fix your problem. They then will not reimburse you on the claim as they say they did not authorize it even though you call them every 2 days for an update. This company in a SCAM and I am locked into this scam intil 2025. You cannot update you claim and when you call they are experts in repeating the same excuse everytime basically say they are waiting on an estimate form the service tech. They make no effort to get the update for you. make you gowa

Absolutely the WORSE home warranty anywhere! I paid ***** for 6 years warranty. They get out of every service they can! I tried to cancel my contract and was told I could not! I was due a payment from them (they told me to pay for a service and would be refunded) NEVER got it.Most reviews say they are Scammers - they are that in my book! DO NOT GET A HOME WARRANTY WITH SERVICEPLUS WARRANTY!!

A class action lawsuit is in the works against this company. Recorded calls, failure to make pay outs, failure to make payouts in a timely manner. Blatant rudeness and vulgarity. ****** has informed me to be cautious about what is said so, here we are. Stick around.

I purchased a six-year policy with riders in January 2019 via a sales call. Payment of over $2000 was then made by credit card. Since that time, I have made four claims, all of which were either denied or took months for repair. Today I tried to request a serviceman for my water heater which was not heating the water, some of which had accumulated on the floor. The claim desk immediately denied my request as the policy did not cover water leakage from the storage tank. Their expectation was that I, as a customer, should be able to determine what was wrong with the heater and whether or not the water came from the tank, the fittings, the pipes, etc. They refused to send a serviceman for a diagnosis (even though I am required to pay the $45 service call). The policy reads that "We will pay no more than $500 per contract term for access, diagnosis, repair/or replacement." Other than replacement, what "qualifying" parts would be required to meet this stipulation?I attempted to cancel my policy, but was told that I would have to return the money they had spent for claims and they would not refund my remaining months. At my age, I should have known better than to be scammed. You are never too old to learn.

After purchasing a seven year warranty from ServicePlus in 2017 for $2,000., I have had two issues. I needed an adjustment on my hot water heater about a year ago and it was taken care of in a few days. On December 7, 2023 my refrigerator stopped working and a claim was placed with ServicePlus. On Dec 27, the part needed was replaced. On Dec 30 the refrigerator stopped working again. Now, today, January 16, ****, they called to tell me the needed part is backordered and won't arrive for three more weeks. That will be sometime during the second week of February. I have one refrigerator in my home. Since December 6th, I have been through major surgery, Christmas, my husband's death on 12/29/23, New Years, out of town guests for the funeral...and all with no refrigerator. I lost all of the food I had the first time it broke, once fixed I replaced the food but lost it again when the refrigerator broke again, and now I can't have any perishable food for another three weeks...a total of three months. ServicePlus could care less and have more or less told me so. Their answer is it's not their problem, they only need to replace the part whenever they get it, doesn't matter how long it takes and they aren't responsible to replace any food or anything else. I would never recommend this company to anyone who needs a reputable, understanding home warranty company that actually cares about it's customers and strives to do the right thing when it comes to the service they provide. I have a year left on my warranty but, as you can imagine, after they charge all their fees and extras, there is no refund amount. Please don't let this company take you the way they have me. I could have put that $2000 in the bank and bought a new refrigerator, paid to have the adjustment made on the hot water heater and still had money left over. Three months with no refrigerator is just unacceptable. They seem to have the worst customer reviews everywhere except their own website.
