  If you are looking to be scammed, this is the moving company to choose! They will lure you in with attentive and consistent communication, a reasonable price, & a fair delivery time window Also, if you are moving out of state, they will subcontract you out to Luxury Logistics - please look them up!I was told multiple times that my out of state move would take 4-7 days. Guess what? I moved on 4/25, my things arrived 5/20! The 47-day frame turned was actually 21 BUSINESS DAYS. I put an AirTag in my ************* were occasions where I was blatantly lied to about their movements when I could see they were sitting at their warehouse in **. On a Thursday I was told my items were getting ready to be shipped that night only to find out Saturday that they could not find a driver due to the Mothers Day weekend. Note to self, make sure your logistics company does NOT observe hallmark holidays. If you want to further the scam, their payment methods will surely seal the deal! I was told at first Zelle/***** would work for the pickup payment with Luxury Logistics, A week later I was told this was incorrect, you guessed it! They only would accept methods of payments that no doubt the *** would deem acceptable good old wire transfer! It gets better! They will also just happen to do research on your street before the trip to inform you that their truck would not be able to make it on your street and you would require a shuttle.For $700 extra I was told my things would be forthcoming. When finding out my options, the polite woman on the phone told me (in ** at the time) that I could just get my own truck in **. After many nags about wanting to pay with *****, it was an option again at the final payment. At drop off the driver was incredibly rushed to get to their next drop off location. Dont even bother labeling your boxes with key words like fragile or indicating which was is up on the box. This doesnt matter! All boxes were upside down, and boxes were thrown off truck.

  Do not believe a word they tell you and in the strongest possible terms, AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. This is a broker who has no interest in what happens with you once they secure your deposit and sub out your shipment to a carrier. We spoke to them in great detail about two items in our small shipment and NEVER did they mention that we might be charged an additional fee for bulky items. Despite being under our estimated cubic footage by 2/3, when the carrier arrived we were told that these two bulky items would cost us over half as much as the original agreed upon price for the entire shipment. We sent the carrier away and Authority Movers now refuses to answer or return our calls to address what recourse we have which is apparently none. The moving company Blue Diamond they hired and assured ** was top notch, contracted our pick up and two rag tag guys arrived in a Budget rent a truck with a handful of totally unorganized papers. When we were discussing that we would not pay a ***** more than the agreed upon amount some Blue Diamond dispatcher called ** and had a surly attitude and told ** basically to shove it. At this point we told the drivers to leave. This seems typical of the entire shoddy operation associated with Authority Moving Experts. They apparently are Experts only in deceiving their potential customers! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

  They are awful, DO NOT hire them for your move. They are more than happy to take your money and answer the phone for payment, however after that forget it. I booked a move across ******** month out, the salesman **** was happy and promised a bed of roses. I explained to him I was moving across the country a 14' storage container I had in storage for a year. I mentioned this multiple times, he sold me a move for $2700 and promised it would all go well however I had to give a deposit of half up front to lock in price. So I did, well a week before moving day I get a call from moving company and they are saying I only have so much cubic square footage that will indeed not be anywhere near a 14' container full, that will cost $7k now....wow that is not what we discussed at alll!!! I was upset, asked for a refund and was told it was too late to get a refund on my deposit. So I had a limited time frame back home to be there for the move which was also not disclosed to me at sales time, I informed them to pull the call records and listen that I specifically mentioned a 14' container multiple times with **** and could not understand how he could have gotten that confused. So I was told on moving day I needed to have a money order made out for the other half to a specific moving company name not the original payment company, well actually twice I was contacted after already having made out the money order to be told I had to change the name on money order. So moving day they get there and now the space they told me I would have over the phone won't even fit the little bit I want to take, I had to throw things away there and then crying and they could not even fit my bed. So for another $1400 they could take my bed and dresser. so were up to $4k ....well 3 weeks later and many phone calls to movers and Authority I still do not have my furniture...they have promised dates and not shown, will not return calls or answer phone and sadly I still have NO furniture or idea when!!!

  If you're in need of a moving service, you need to check them out. These guys are seriously the best. They make everything so easy and stress-free. They're super responsive and have great customer service, and work only with really professional movers, so you know you're in good hands. And their estimates are so accurate, you won't get hit with any surprises. I have done my moves twice with them, and both times they rocked. Trust me, you won't regret going with them.

  These guys are very knowledgeable and give the best advice easy to work with. My experience dealing with them was excellent. They are very transparent and they take the time to accurately price you honestly with no hidden fees. I would 100% recommend them

  This company "estimated" half of what we were charged on delivery. They appear to use fraudulent practice to lure customers into using their services. They will tell you, when asked, all sorts of excuses for negative reviews. Don't believe any of their excuses. I worked with them and they also spoke to my husband. We listed everything we own, and even took some items off and we were still charged double upon delivery (when you have no choice but for them to drive off with everything you own) than what we were "estimated." They also, now upon making complaints to them, are making things up, like saying they called when they did not and that they left a message when they did not. They seem to not understand that we all have call logs for these things. This is a very dishonest company.

  I only gave this company a single star because zero stars was not an option. They were very competitively priced, which in hindsight ?should have been more of a red flag, but they had good ****** reviews. (I now believe many of these ?reviews are fakes.) I learned later that they are likely just brokers. They ?subbed the actual work out to a ragtag outfit called Safer Movers who was horrible, & had horrible reviews. Safer ?Movers showed up a day late in a rented U-Haul to pick up our stuff. They looked at our full 12 X 14 ?storage space, informed us that it was more than they had estimated, & almost doubled the price. ?I would have ?protested because I'd given them the exact dimensions of the storage space, & detailed all of the significant ?pieces of furniture. But they had me over a ******* **** were already a day behind. They scheduled the delivery the following week, but they didn't show up or call. I called them a ?number of times, & each time I was assured it would be "later in the week", or "early next week". They often failed to return calls at all & I almost always had to call them to get an update. Finally, ?after more than a dozen calls, they showed up, a month and a half late, on a Sunday, & refused to ?unload the truck unless I paid them in cash. I don't know about you, but I don't keep thousands of dollars ?in cash on hand on the off chance that I will be extorted by an unscrupulous mover. I had "words" with ?the owner, who threatened to take our belongings back to his warehouse in a different state & ?charge $600/day for storage if we didn't pay him in cash, which was pretty rich considering he ?supposedly had already been storing our stuff for free for over a month and half. I ultimately ended ?up having to call the local police, who gave them the choice of either unloading the truck or getting ?arrested for ****************** And I paid them with a check. I'll conclude by strongly recommending ?that you never do business with this company.

  My wife and I moved from ********** to ****** and *******. We cannot emphasize enough our disappointment in Authority Moving Experts who brokered our move. Their staff worked with my wife to inventory our home and provided a cubic foot estimate. It was at least 400+% OFF. As a result the movers that they contracted with charged us for over $14,000 more than their Authority Movers' estimate.We do not recommend using Authority Moving Experts, ever!

  ZERO stars... this company is the largest SCAM ever. If you see ANY "positive" reviews trust they are written by the employees, their family or friends. This is a BROKER. They LIE. They don't care about anything but getting that deposit from you. While you are telling them your inventory, they are not listening because they already know what price they are going to tell you. They know that NO ONE has a move that is going to another state of only 367 cubic feet of items. Please please please don't use this company or you will find out the hard way that your money means more to them than your belongings. Rent a uhaul and do the move yourself. You will regret it if you don't. These people are going to get what's coming to them. No one escapes the laws of the universe. Despicable
