  This company is a scam. They call themselves Authority Moving Experts and not sure if they are experts. The nice talk ends once you make payment and scheduled for the move. The company does not disclose they are broker and not a carrier and only giving you an estimate is their business and their estimations are not even close and work for commissions. The broker gives me an estimate that is low, around ~$1900 for about <200 cubic feet and on the day of pick up they tell me it would require >600 cubic feet and they would only move if I can pay north of $6500. I had to cancel the move as estimate became 3 times higher. The catch is the initial advance is non-refundable. Besides the carrier who came to pick up waited for few hours as we are working through the Authority Moving Experts, and he demands a cancellation fee from me and claims the non-refundable fee does not cover his costs due to cancellation. I never recommend this company and business to anyone. I ended up paying technically this company $450 for giving an estimate that is 1/3rd of actual estimate. Great business to be in.

  AME did not stick to their estimate. When I called, I kept getting different reps (when I was given the direct line to my rep-- then he suddenly didn't work for them anymore). Gave them $1000 dep over the phone, got an estimate for $1262 (cash) @pickup and the same payment @delivery. Seemed reasonable until the "movers" showed up. I'm guessing these two companies are partners in crime. AME gets your credit card info and Sannah *** Lines takes you for your cash and helps themselves to your property. My whole move was a nightmare. I'm not talking a few broken glasses or missing articles of clothing. They got over $10,000 of my money and property. These people need to take responsibility for their role in this dog and pony show of a moving company. And worse thing is, my lawyer said I don't have proof (like a second set of eyes at pickup and delivery, I didn't take individual pics of my things, and I didn't purchase the extra insurance. They will keep doing this until someone with enough money to *** them puts them in a hole they can't crawl out of.

  Never thought a move could be this chill! This team linked me up with a moving crew that was all kinds of professional. These peeps were like moving ninjas - quick, careful, and super polite. Made my day, legit!

  This company is a scam, I am reviewing everywhere that I can. They gave us a rate for our belongings moving from ********** to ******* but then sent a company called **************** who promised to deliver our things in a timely manner. When those guys arrived, three days late, they immediately told us that the charges would be substantially more and that they would deliver our items in ten to fourteen days (business days), so, just shy of two months later, around two thirds of our delivery after three delivery attempts were at our home. We called repeatedly about missing items and damaged boxes and items to no avail. ****** stopped taking our calls prior to the delivery and during. Authority claims that we never informed anyone of the missing items. If that were true why did we have the delivery truck come on three separate occasions? Authority also told us that we had signed to be paid 312 dollars on our 26 thousand dollar claim. They bullied the contract signing out of my wife and then immediately changed it. Something needs to be done about this company's practices. Every good review is most definitely fraudulent as they farm out many of their jobs to the worst moving company I have ever had the misfortune of coming into contact with. We are looking for lawyers as we already know that they have no desire or intention in actually righting these wrongs. DO NO TRUST THEM, DO NOT USE THEM. The list that they send of their reviews is so carefully constructed I am certain they either edit it or simply made it up.

  Moving with the help of them was AWESOME! Their team is super responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. Got great insurance options too. Definitely a stress-free experience. These folks know their stuff!

  Move G8328302:We worked with Authority Moving Experts, LLC. (AME) as a broker who highly recommended and trusts Luxury Logistics, LLC. (LL). After itemizing our entire household goods, they estimated 570 cubic feet of space for the truck, totaling $5600. I tried to confirm that was accurate once movers came and they said they wouldn't know until they loaded it on the truck. After loading, they said it was **** cubic feet and charged an additional $4300, making the total amount $8900. They said the only options were to pay or they would unload half the stuff. So I paid and signed the bill of lading and the inventory item sheet. I was not given any other forms.Throughout the next 6 weeks (25 business days), I received little to no updates as far as where our stuff was or when it would arrive.12 hours before our stuff arrived on Nov 4, I got a call saying they were coming the next day.The truck arrived and said he only had half of our stuff, and the rest would be coming on another truck the next day. He demanded payment and a shuttle fee before unloading. There were no other movers, so my partner and I had to help unload the truck.The items in the truck bed were utterly destroyed. Boxes soiled and broken, items scattered across the truck floor. Furniture broken or unusable.We have not heard from the "2nd truck driver" with the remainder of our stuff.Luxury Logistics and Authority Moving Experts are horrible companies and I will be seeking legal action if they do not swiftly and decisively address these issues.Regards,Mark

  This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with, they will tell you everything you want to hear to get your business then come across with just the opposite, the cost doubled from what I was told, I never got a call back, I can go on and on about the horrible experience but, all I can say is be very cautious of these guys...

  DO NOT USE THESE A HOLES!!!!!! They are professional scammers. *** lies to start things off. **** then lies and gets you to increase your reservation size with the promise of a credit for actual size used, and then they bait and switch the actual drivers who will do your move. Legal action pending against these a holes.

  the team was great. From the beginning, they helped me work out the particulars of my move, even though I didn't give them very much notice. Then movers they hired and assigned to us were very helpful. They brought all their own equipment, and moved my furniture and belongings safely. No damage! I was really pleased at how friendly they were and how they were willing to put things in my new home where I wanted them. I highly recommend them!

  This company is nothing but scam artist. DO NOT USE!! **** the agent who took my contract said one thing and something completely happen. They use Hermes moving and storage. They say they lost my belongings. I had 49 of 55 boxes delivered. The worst moving company. We are getting an attorney and will be dealt through the legal system. So sad how AME take advantage of consumers. PLEASE DO NOT USE.
