I am giving Universal Windows a 5 ?????????? rating because the 1st step in our future project was over the top. Representative *********************************** was very very knowledgeable about his product . He knew his window, any questions we asked he had answers with backup proof I have learned that Replacement Windows arent just windows, they are something we all need but sometimes it just doesnt work out . . Please if you are interested in the least bit dont stall another day , Call them , Universal Windows and ask for *********************************** *********** has a score of 100% in reviews including my first one which I am proud to do so If you are considering Replacement Windows , you will be ultimately satisfied with *********************************** with Universal Windows as your Sales Representative. I will update this review as the project proceeds into replacing my old **** windows that have storm windows on them , yes **** !!! I am excited and ********* informed me that he would oversee that this project is completed to our satisfaction. I give ********* a 5 ?????????? also for his product knowledge. We had a good experience with our first grouping of windows. I was told at the time by 2 different people at the company that that there was a price guarantee for 2 years. When working with a sales rep for my 2nd grouping of windows 1.5 yrs later, I was told that there was no such guarantee and wanted to charge a lot more for the windows than we paid previously (it wasn't even close). The sales rep said he would call back to discuss pricing, but never did.Universal Windows Direct of Charlotte

9 out of 18 windows had issues, they closed by themselves when opened. Installers leaned ladders against vinyl siding and put holes in siding. Multiple other issues. They are working to resolve issues, but they are very incompetent in doing so. each time (five visits so far) and they have yet to show up with the right parts or siding to complete the job. Universal Windows Direct also uses third party contractors to install their windows, with a big language barrier as they don't understand english well.Universal Windows Direct of Charlotte

No updates. Way passed do. Yinz lied got me in a contract that u can't even complete in a reasonable time frame. You said 12/13 weeks why is it now 6 month and still I have heard nothing. Horrible.
