I don't have my windows yet, but everything so far has been great. The sales rep was very professional. I am hoping that the windows live up to all that I was told and to their warranty. I'm looking forward to seeing them installed.

My windows are not installed yet but I will say the phone representative along with the sales representative that came out to talk to me about the windows and do some measurements was extremely helpful nice and knowledgeable I hope the product lives up to everything I've heardUniversal Windows Direct of Charlotte

Great experience with this company, from the salesperson all the way to the installers. We were kept informed of the progress of the windows as they were being built, installers arrived on time, very friendly, cleaned up really well when done, windows look great! Overall I am very pleased with the whole experience. My salesman, Will, was friendly and clearly explained the options. I did not feel as if I was being "sold". I was able to purchase windows for a little over half of my house and plan to purchase the rest next year. The call center is staffed well and there is always someone available to answer questions or confirm appointments. Today the installation team came and did a fantastic job! They worked so hard in almost 100 heat. The house already feels cooler and quieter! I am VERY happy.Universal Windows Direct of Charlotte
