      On March 14th, around 4:30 in the afternoon. We went to take 5 old change on Fairmont. Parkwand we were being served by Anthony Lopez and we were getting our inspection. Done as he was inspecting the vehicle he broke off the driver mirror. And said that there was nothing that he could do about it and I think on purposely didn't pass our inspection to our vehicle very unprofessional. When I went to ask what he's gonna do about it, he said there was nothing they can do gave me a card to call a manager. Know who's going to pay for me to fix my truck

      My daughter took her 2024 ********** Mirage with 5000 miles for an oil change the drain plug fell out dumping all the oil and breaking the engine within ******************************************************** back this is really frustrating nobody answers the phones anymore you leave a message and no respond take your business else where

      I took my car in for a routine oil change. I was told that I needed to change my coolant. I asked if it was running low, and they said no, but they recommend that it be changed between 80-100,000 miles. My car was within those parameters, so I politely declined. Six hours after leaving there, my check engine light comes on, and the code that it threw said that the temp could not be read. When I checked the coolant, it was almost gone. They tried to force my hand into one of their more costly services. Very very unprofessional and it almost cost me a lot of money had I not caught it in time.

      AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!There is always a problem after going there. The first time my fiance brought her car there, they left their drug paraphernalia under the hood. A little piece of foil with three perfect circles of soot. As a paramedic, I recognized it for exactly what it was, pill smoking foil I should have taken this as sign and never went back but anyway. The second time she brought her car there she comes home and leaves a giant puddle of oil under the car. They forgot to tighten the drain plug. Luckily the engine didn't come apart from lack of oil. Now, after the third trip, the coolant reservoir cap is missing, I bring the car back and they have me wait in line for 30+ minutes. I run in to say "I just want the cap back" and am told that if it were there they would have found it when they cleaned up. Nobody bothered to look around. I have had it. On the third trip they upsold my fiance on a new air filter that somehow got dirty in the week or so since I changed it for her.

      January 26, 2024 came for an oil change. Received fewer quarts than I paid for. Employees that tried to side hustle me for $400 to fix a leak that wasn't there upon my arrival. I left and my car was smoking as I got home. After a tow/diagnosis. Discovered my radiator was punctured and the tool used to do so from Take 5 was still left in vehicle. Pictures were taken. Waiting on a claim. Damages totally $3,000 and rising everyday it sits. IM NOT PAYING FOR IT. So you can take your sweet time addressing my claim. $80.00 is turning into $1,000's.My first and last time coming here.

      I pulled in on December 10, 2023 at a Take 5 Oil in ******** ** for an oil change. The technician was courteous, informative and helpful. She did a services check and advised that I get a higher grade of oil, but I did not have the funds; so I told her to use a standard brand. Overall service was very good and the tech was thorough. Will definitely come back!************

      As part of my suit I must send a demand letter.Property damage $2,000 Repair Estimate $2,000 Loss of use $1 000 Property Damage Total $5,000.Negligence on Take 5 Oil Change. *********************** determined, engine not working, found engine very low on oil and unable to turn over needed teardown to see what all internal damage has been done. Current condition is inoperable.Plaintiff claim: Defendant negligence failure to exercise due care of vehicle causing engine breakdown damage to vehicle towing transportation exertion embarrassment financial mental emotional psychological living expenses medication loss business functions down time, loss of mobility away from home four days one hundred eighty five miles on Greyhound.

      Horrible.. take 5? Take 5 x 22 I waited almost 2 hours in line. There were two people in the. Line in front of me, I dont know what the guys were doing. They were walking around talking and talking to the customers. One line moved double time, but we were stuck in line. They never told the rest of us in line. The people working there, then started fighting and not doing the work.

      Twice now been next in line in ********** I'm thinking it's because of my skin color. Then just now the associate was very rude and walked off when I explained to him thus was the 2nd time we have felt thus way.

      I pulled in at 730 am to get oil change, to be told I didnt need one. I was offered a coolant exchange and which I agreed to. I was charge $102. The tech either didnt put coolant in my car or did not close the top. He also failed to to reset my car system. I never had problems with my car which is 2022 dodge charger. The next day my car run hot on the freeway. I had tow to get my car home and then tow to get my car to a repair shop. This cause me over $400. I have contacted corporate no one has reach out. I will be taking legal action if a response is not received. This tech neglected to do the service he offered. This has caused me hundreds of dollars and stress. I been going to take 5 for years. I will never use them again. I have been to multiple locations but this one location caused so much stress in my life. I say do not trust them with your car or to double check everything before leaving. This will not be last time they hear from me but this was so crazy.
