      I got a few filters replaced and an oil change this morning at the ************* #**** location and had the best experience! ******, ********* and **** were all incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The services themselves were done quickly and efficiently. They explained the process thoroughly and made me feel comfortable and confident in what my vehicle needed. Just wanted to give their team a shout out. They seem to mesh well together and have great communication amongst each other, which in turn offered a well rounded experience for me as a customer.

      In my town I have about five oil change places that are closer to my home than take five. I always go to take five because I am treated with a smile and courtesy with great explanations and exceptional service. This happens every single time I go and every person who's working there is always courteous and provides expertise. I highly recommend this facility to anyone.

      I went to Take 5 Oil Change at ****************************************** on April 18, 2025, for a routine oil change and paid $88.60. Two weeks later, on May 8, 2025, my check engine light came on. I took my car to a trusted mechanic who discovered that the oil filter was never installed during the oil change.This negligence not only put my engine at risk but also led to additional expenses. I ended up paying $184.69 to resolve the issue caused by the missing filter. I requested a refund for both the original oil change and the repair costs, totaling $273.29, but so far, there has been no resolution.I trusted Take 5 to perform a basic service with due care, but instead, I was left with unnecessary financial loss and potential engine damage. Very disappointed with this experience and would not recommend this location

      Your workers where I always go to change the oil in my car didn't do their job right and they screwed up my car's engine and I have all the proof you can see that however you want and now they don't want to pay for the damage they did to my car and I think he did it on purpose because he asked me if you want we can split it and I told him better change it because I traveled to ******** and it seems like he got upset because I didn't want to change it and he made me believe that he changed it now I'm with my car screwed up because of them and it's right here in ********** **** supposedly they have an answer for me tomorrow but I already know what they're going to do

      I recently went to this location to get my oil changed. I get my oil changed and am on my way. About a month later, my vehicle stops running and won't drive faster than 20. It turns out that my air filter, which I did not want to update, was installed backwards, causing my air flow meter to fail. For a mistake like this, this organization clearly lacks the necessary staff who are certified to operate on automobiles. Most crucially, the claim representative stated that they are dismissing my request because of the 'period from when I received my oil change to the occurrence,' saying it is not their responsibility. I am in the process of looking up city ordinances and laws that all auto mechanic shops must have for an individual to work on your car. Don't come here if you don't want your car to break down in a month.

      Take 5 help me quickly access that I had a nail in my tire that needed repair. They aired it up, gave me water and I was able to fix the tire at a shop nearby.

      So I normally would take my jeep to get an oil change at take 5 in **************, Va for the past year I had no complaints until 4/8/25. I got an oil change on 4/7/25 after work because I was driving to *** the next day. As the next day came and Im 3 hrs into my trip my red oil light came on in the jeep. Im thinking no I just got an oil change it hasnt even been 24 hrs yet, so its probably the dash messing up and the light will go off. It never did and my car started to mess up. It got me to ***, I was only there for that day and didnt drive because you dont have to drive in **. The next day was 4/9/25 the day I was going back to a **************. I turned the jeep on it sounded rough making a loud sound. I drove it and got to ********** and I just had to find an auto shop fast to look at the problem. They popped my hood and noticed oil all over my engine and said youre missing a Seal around the oil filter which is supposed to lock the oil in and you dont have one so youve been driving with no oil. The looked on the oil stick and see metal and said you have engine damage because there metal in your engine. I spent hundreds of dollars just to be able to drive it back home but my engine needs to be fixed. *** called customer service so many times and theyll tell you it will take 5 business days to hear back from someone and its going on 3 weeks for me. I need my vehicle as its getting harder to make it to work. My claim number is T5C-043119. This place is unprofessional

Instead, she was charged $241.54 after being pressured into an unnecessary coolant exchange service a service she did not need.The very next day, her vehicle began overheating. This issue persisted for nearly a week until the vehicles safety system alerted her to pull over and shut off the engine. When I inspected the coolant reservoir myself, I discovered that the coolant level was low and the reservoir had been filled with plain water not coolant.This not only suggests poor service but also raises serious concerns about vehicle safety and the integrity of your service team. I have attempted to reach out via email but have received no response from ************* a minimum, I expect a full refund and a formal apology for the inconvenience and potential damage caused. I hope you will take this issue seriously and respond promptly.
