Well after this c*** carshield ripped me of 3 grand. They denied my claim after my 2017 ******* ****** had some engine problems. I had never missed an oil change since i bought that car but to my surprise they came up with some bs that i wasn't doing my oil changes. I showed them the dealership records but still came up with some garbage excuses. When i asked for my refund they said no refund. Basically you subscribe to them just to give them money for free. They don't do anything but just scamming and s******* people over. I should've known better not to subscribe to this crapy *******. I highly warn people not to fall for this kinda of warranty coverings because you're going to be throwing money i nto the pit. They will eat your money and in return you will get nothing. I wish they ger sued over and over and pay for their cruelty. This is sad praying on people.CarShield

CarShield requested that the Administrator of your Vehicle Service Contract examine your claim based on the review you have provided. The results of this investigation indicate that the claim was adjudicated correctly according to specific terms and exclusions of the Vehicle Service Contract.

My 2018 ***** Traverse has been in the shop since March all because car shield denied my claim by saying the work was done before it was approved why say youre gonna cover something then lie about it youll never see a cent from my family again CarShield see you in courtCarShield

Car Shield's Claim Process is great! When I went to the Car Repair Shop and they stated what they think is the problem and quoted what is needed, Car Shield reviewed the photos and ultimately sent out an "Inspector" to verify the parts needed etc. I feel that that extra checking from Car Shield was good for us. I felt I had an added security of an inspector checking the situation. My car runs great now!CarShield
