    Carshield has really saved me I can't afford to buy car repair.without it. a d the nice staff is always helpful. I will have Carshield my whole life.. go get it it's reasonable 9price and trust me you'll regret it if you don't especially if you're on a fixed income like me.Thank you carshield

    If I could leave a -1 star I would. This is one of most unprofessional companies. Their business practices are very deceptive. They advertise low deductibles on tv and when you call they want to start at $250 and up. The two representatives that I dealt with were very unprofessional. They kept repeating, as if from a script, the same thing and failed to answer my questions. They charge me for the monthly rate and I sold the car the day before. I saw the charge the and told them I no longer owned the car. They told me that I could not be refunded, but were eager to add the coverage to my new car. I refused and after a 30 minute call, still no refund I would not recommend them to anyone for fear that their unprofessional treatment and poor business practices would be experienced by them. This is a horrible company with very unprofessional representatives. I request a supervisor and manager and was told none were available. Who is running the call center??? It is a terrible thing when the patients are in charge of the asylum!

    I've never had business done so easily. It's quick to pay them and everyone is so knowledgeable and patient and professional.I truly thank you for that too. Indeed do take care of yourself and others.

    I've had car shield for a little over a year now haven't filed any claims I noticed in my contract it states a timing belt is a maintenance item and it's not covered then I noticed in what was covered under the engine the timing belt was listed I called them up and they had no answer the woman said she would share it with her supervisor they then got back to me saying how they could see how I would be confused they said as long as the timing belt is replaced at the proper intervals and there was an incident in between they would cover it why didn't they just put that in the contract in the first place furthermore I hear nothing and I mean nothing but horror stories they say you can bring it to your mechanic you can't the closest place I can find to me is 37 Mi away and that place gets two out of five stars constantly I'll be canceling car Shield and just saving my money

    Carshield is not a honorable company they look for any excuses not to fix your car. They recommended three com0any they are associated with and after doing the test and pictures what they ask for they continue to day they didn't receive it and all kind of excuses they also recommend two more company they're associated with and then refuse to honor the estimate to fix the car and each time the service station take my car apart to do the test they ask for and now my car is in shambles and no service statuon wants to deal with them and now one month later my car is not fix and i am on the verge of loosing my job. Car shield is now telling me i have to find another service station. I don't know how these. celebrities honestly recommend them especially *** * and Vivica who are such well know actors I would not recommend car shield to my grandmother.

    Car Shield cost my company nearly ****** dollars, the problem was a transmission in a Mercedes sprinter van. The transmission started acting up, we took it to the place they recommended and the quote I got from the shop was a little over ***** dollars, This was a problem they would only pay like ***** dollars, I started calling getting prices from all over the country, the transmissions was close to to the quoted price to put a new Mercedes trans in, come to find out They sent a used transmission to the shop and it was bad, they sent a rebuilt transmission the second time and it wouldnt work with the diesel, they shop said Car Shield was trying to put a generic transmission in that basically was for a car not a 3500 sprinter van. The computer in the van wouldnt work with the transmission, something about shift points and other variables. Finally they sent a specific transmission for a 3500 sprinter van, they charged me for all there mistakes, they were trying to take the cheapest way out all the way around, I got charged for every transmission and the labor to take in and out. They took almost 7 months to get it fixed. I will never go got any warranties from anyone theyre all there same, they make this seem like your really covered got everything just ****** got a transmission and a little more for the engine. Do your self a favor and save your money, start a savings account for problems that will happen, and this will save you time and money and a lot of aggravation.

    I was hesitant to go with Car Shield after reading a few reviews. However, I have to state that they have been GREAT to work with. I own a 2018 G90, which has three claims and zero pushback. They quickly closed the claim, provided rental, and worked seamlessly with the dealership.

    My experience with CarShield was excellent. They did everything they were supposed to, they kept true to the word of my representative. Everything was coordinated on their computer so if I spoke with different people they all knew immediately what was going on and everyone of them was very helpful and knowledgeable.
