    I have a 2013 GMC Terrain that I have had CarShield help me with at least 3 or 4 times and every experience has been great, top notch service. Totally satisfied!

    I did not use Car Shield, but I did sign up for the Diamond plan, I canceled the next day because I decided to buy a new car. This review is to inform everyone that canceling, was NO PROBLEM. It took me 8 minutes to cancel over the phone. The biggest pushback was someone said "you have diamond for 133 a month, that's better than a new car payment isn't it?" that's it... I'm sure they had to say something, probably a requirement on their part, which I understand. Its a business. But if your concerned it may be hard to cancel, its not, it was easy.

    I have no complaints with Car Shield. We purchased Diamond Elite coverage for 2020 Explorer May 2024 because we finally retired and have been traveling quite a bit. Thankfully, we never had to use for a claim. Due to miscellaneous rising costs this year ie. homeowners insurance, property taxes, long term care pemiums, I called to cancel policy although to be honest, I felt uneasy going without coverage as we continue to travel again this year. As a response to our dilemma and my uncertainty, the representative(*******) kindly offered us a Customer Loyalty Discount along with an Annual Payment discount. Today, I have renewed peace of mind concerning our travels this year because from what I have experienced, I trust they will be there if I need them. To my wife and I, we know exactly what kind of coverage we have, what the deductibles are, and what is covered and not covered given normal use and documented regular normal maintenance all of which I perform. Thier Representatives have always been helpful, friendly, and understanding and perhaps more importantly, very willing to work a win-win. In other words, they want your business as much as you want coverage. Be honest and transparent with them about your vehicle and your mileage, purchase the coverage you can afford, and enjoy peace of mind knowing you have some type of backup plan in case of mechanical issues and/or failure. Like any business wanting to be the best in a competitive market, having satisfied customers is thier top priority. Give them a call and give them a try. Let them help you.

    mala experencia me icieron pagar ka mitad de lo que costaba arreglar mi jeep no cubrieron los gastos son pura mentira aparte que les oagana mes por mes me salieron no cubrieron los gastos son unos rateros- Bad experience. They made me pay half of what it cost to fix my jeep. They didn't cover the costs. They are pure lies. Besides, they charged me monthly, they didn't cover the costs. They are thieves.

    I will never do CarShield. They made it so hard for me to file a claim. I broke down on my way to work. I had it towed 2 miles to the repair shop of their choosing and it cost me more than what they would pay. They got the part and replaced the part without my permission which was under my warranty. Carshield denied the part was covered under their policy and I questioned it and the gentleman called the shop and allowed the shop to change the part name. Oh well it is not covered. The car at least ran but it still leaked oil, missed, so now I had to take it to the dealership. Well it didn't make it because I just about set it on fire. Over a month. Careshield dragged their feet to approve the repairs. They made me get invoces of oil changes back till 2 years. Who keeps that? They could see by the Carfax where I went and what was done. But I had to go to 5 min oil to get invoices. It is an OIL Change place! I feel like if I was a man I wouldn't had to do this! I needed them to hurry! I father was passing away. I begged them to approve the repair so I could drive 2000 miles home to say good bye. Nope still dragged his feet. I couldn't afford the plane or the rental. ******. Now! I bought a new vehicle and do not need the warranty. I have 20 days remaining to till my next autopayment. "No you can't have your money back because you have a month to month contract". Bull! Never again.

    I bought a used truck from a car dealership. To protect myself I bought a car shield gold contract to cover repairs. Well I had a transmission issue after 3 months in my contract. I felt like I was covered and boy was I wrong I was told that my claim was denied because the transmission had a pre existing condition this was a used truck and I did not have any info on anything in the past. I remember asking the sales man if my truck will be covered he said it was there best contract. Car shield was very happy to take my premium but they fought very hard to find excuses not to pay I realized they are a business and if they pay claims they would be out of business instead they deny claims to make a profit. The car dealership I took my truck too told me they never pay they always find an excuse as a matter of fact there is another truck there that they had them do a strip down to find a way to get out of paying they also denied there claim now its stripped down and they cant get it put back together. Im disappointed with my experience. This company give you the runaround and then goes on the BBB and tries to justify there outcomes. Stay away from car shield and put your money in the bank and when you have a problem you know it will be repaired. So many people told me that the warranty was bad but I found out the hard way.

    If I could leave NO stars I would!!!! I paid into this warranty for years. (which added up to a significant amount). Only to be told they only cover NON DEALERSHIP PARTS. Although I have ONLY dealt with the dealership for anything for the entire time I have owned my vehicle. Even though THEY REQUIRE that your vehicle remain serviced before and during your contract/ warranty time w/them. They DO NOT want to pay for labor costs... if it is above what they think it should be. They do not pay for certain attachments that are NECESSARY and have to be replaced in order to do the repair. They deal with Small shops ( that may have a good reputation). And when the shop says this vehicle CAN ONLY USE A CERTAIN PART, they did NOT pay for that part either. Sooo, DO NOT WASTE YOUR hard earned dollars and time paying for their warranty because you will be like me. I paid for the warranty and PAID MORE THEN CAR SHEILD DID... IN ORDER TO FIX MY VEHICLE. (HOW IS THAT)??? I could have kept the money I sent them for this BOGUS WARRANTY???? I canceled them as well as the shop owner who stated when their agreement contract ended he would NOT BE DOING FUTURE BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!! (*** * AND VIVICA.... STOP!!!!! Promoting this company of deception)!

    Three times I attempted to make a claim over the span of two years. All three times the claim was denied for vague reasons. The mechanic where my vehicle is also told me he has three vehicles in the shop that are fighting claims as well. I can not believe this is legal. I cancelled and requested all money I paid to be refunded and they simply said "that's not going to happen". Complete scam!!!!!

    Member from *************** and had a lot of issues with CarShield. Either they didn't agree with the estimates or took forever with communication between CarShield Support and my mechanics. Last experience was an issue with my transmission and CarShield did nothing for week+ and I had no car or transportation during that time that I ended paying for repairs out of pocket and cancelled my membership immediately! I don't recommend them at all.
