We have had to use their coverage one previous time. Their service was prompt and we got the vehicle repaired quickly. We just had to get our truck towed for an issue and the roadside **** was great.CarShield

I had a great experience with them, They paid over $4000 to repair my truck. I was VERY pleased and surprised, given all the bad reviews here, BUT I had all the documents of maintenance and satisfied my obligations, and so did CarShield. There was some back and forth conversations between the shop, myself and the carShield ***** but it got approved and done. *** purchased another policy on another vehicle I own since then, Im a customer for life now.CarShield

I am still waiting on a rental reimbursement check I was 1st told was issued/sent 3/21/25 I contacted ********************************* AUTO SHIELD 3/29 to follow up & was informed the check hadn't even been issued!? Followed up 3/31 & told same thing then received a call stating rental receipt was "missing"!? I resubmitted *************** issued. I never received the check & was told stop payment was done 4/23 & asked how long it takes & told it's not a long process but 4/25 was told otherwise. Was also emailing a "supervisor" ************* Was told no later than 30th check would be reissued/sent. I sent email on 4/30 inquiring about check & received response 5/1 stating "great news check is being sent out as I speak & gave a reference #" I called just to confirm 5/6 just to verify check was in fact sent because of what happened in March. Guess what!? NO CHECK was sent! This was verified by ********************************* AUTO SHIELD I am done playing games!CarShield

Car Shield is absolutely amazing . I was having AC problems, Car Shield was on top of their game the representatives I spoke with was so kind ,helpful,and professional.
