    Only reason decided to cancel my Warranty was that my GM dealer does not work with CarShield. My dealer is very close by and I have had a long and close relationship with them.

    Worst business ever. Stay away, claim filed for approved service. They still are giving us the run around. Several emails sent with required documents and I'm still out over $700

    I called customer ********************** to inquire about their different car protection system plans and costs. I was informed that it would cost me $159 a month for the plan. I was further informed that there was a $1,000 deductible and the plan had limited coverage on repairs of my car. I am on a limited income and was just gathering information. The woman was so pushy on the phone and kept repeating that she wanted my debit card information. I told the lady that I did not have the money at the time of the call, but she insisted on me giving her my debit card information. I would not recommend going with this company unless you plan on paying them right away.

    Purchased the Powertrain Gold Jan 2 of 2025 on one of our newer vehicles, just out of manufacture warranty. Didnt think we would have to use carshield so soon, but stuff breaks down, and it did. And never had an issue out of cashiered, from getting car towed, to getting it fixed. Luckily, wife was in a familiar area, but still. The follow through with taking care of expenses and rental car was great and convenient.

    My husband had a carshield plan, we paid on it on time every month. My husband was in an accident on 4/28, we canceled the service on 5/2 as we spectacular the 3 days prior dealing with insurance calls, a hospital visit due to the accident, and trying to get a rental vehicle, ya know all the things that take priority. The payment came out on 5/3. We have called to request a refund as the vehicle is totaled and can't be used and were told by the time he called to cancel on 5/2 the payment had already started to process and there is nothing they can do so we are now out the ******. There was no empathy from the representative, and no understanding that stuff happens in life like this. Good for CarShield I guess that they're covering a vehicle that is totaled for this month. We will not be using this company again and will let our family and friends know about this experience.

    Scammers...........try to sell me a warranty because "my warranty is about to expire" ..........liars to boot.........my car has less than 5K on it full FACTORY warranty.Where and how does this company obtain personal information ?? Most likely in a barely legal manner..........

    Poor customer **********************. The ********************** only want to put in used parts where rebuilt or new parts are appropriate. They changed working parts and replace with used parts of close to same mileage. Also they misrepresent their rental car policy. They didn't order the part for 2 weeks and then said they only cover rental for 2 weeks. When it was their fault it took so long to get part. Also I've made 2 car payments and haven't received my vehicle because they took so long to order parts and even to do inspection on warranty problem
