Car Shield is a fraud. BIG TIME. I had gotten auto warranties from them before and wasted my money on top of that. I was told over and over that if I didn't get an auto warranty I'd have to pay thousands of dollars in auto repairs down the road. Why waste your hard-earned dollars on something that's not going to be used when you can save yourself a headache and some money?CarShield

The Administrator of your Vehicle Service Contract has checked your specific VSC and phone number of record and find that no claims have ever been filed or called in. Have had CarShield since 2019, have had a few hassles getting claims settled but nothing too bad.Generally, am very happy with our CarShield membership and their service, am happy to continue our membership.CarShield

In getting my car repaired was a task. And before you go get a rental double check your contract cause will only reimburse a day per 8 hours. This my biggest issue with them. That needs to adjusted.CarShield

Car Shield has taken care of nearly every claim we have turned in to them. They have always been professional, with good communication through the process. Than have saved us $1000's of dollars on repairs. I am thankful we had them to cover some pretty hefty repair bills. My wife and I have their coverage on both of our autos and only wish they covered motorcycles too. :-)CarShield

I had the platinum coverage on my truck, the best and most expensive coverage they offer. They told me it covers bumper to bumper. Well needless to say when I had an oil leak they didn't want to cover it. They had no problem taking my $200 a month but when it came time to pay they said what i needed done wasn't covered, even though it specifically said in the contract engine and transmission are covered. Apparently the oil leaking out of my transmission doesn't count. I will be taking them to small claims court. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. THEY WILL NOT COVER ANYTHING. I would suggest literally ANY other company besides them. Their customer ********************** is beyond rude as wellCarShield
